Came here at noon for a pizza lunch. There were a couple of tables ahead of us.
We ordered 2 pizzas (Maui 10 inch) and a side Caesar Salad 🥗 with a Banana Bread dessert.
The food, when it came was excellent! The various flavours and cheese were just fabulous 👌
The pizzas took about 20 minutes to get and the Caesar salad took about 5 to 10 minutes even though it seems to be pre-made in a little serving box. The Banana Bread cake is in the coolers at the front. It is nice that everything is served in such a way that it is easy to take home or dine in.
In fact, there are a lot of different food items that you can purchase from the coolers to take home and prepare on your own so make sure to take the time to look.
One of the remarkable parts of the experience is when you look inside the pizza box there will be religious readings that are inspirational. It is very noteworthy for an owner to stick to their religious conviction and share it openly for all to see. The owner is obviously a devout believer without fear.

Their individual pizzas always satisfy my craving but it's really the banana bread that never fails to make me drool. Their banana bread is a 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁!
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱: 8" ʙᴇᴇꜰ & ᴍᴜꜱʜʀᴏᴏᴍ ($10): A true classic and my fave, because I'm basic like that! 8" ꜱᴀɴᴛᴀ ꜰᴇ ᴄʜɪᴄᴋᴇɴ ($10.48): This one's definitely got a bit of a kick due to the red chili flakes! It's also one we always order! ʙᴀɴᴀɴᴀ ʙʀᴇᴀᴅ ($10): FAVE. FAVE. FAVE! Sweetened cream cheese, thick slices of banana bread. Can't go wrong!
You seriously can't go wrong with Coco Brooks. Their 8" pizzas make the perfect lunch/dinner, and they sell them frozen if you want to stock the freezer! For my gluten-free friends, they've got something for you too!

It was not a good decision on my part. I followed their directions to a t. It produced a really unappealing meal. Leaving the pies in the pan with parchment in - just served to direct the grease from cheese and meat down into the crust. It was doughy and under cooked even after giving it an extra 5 minutes at 450. They were all lacking the signature fresh sauce... So, dry and doughy. 😖 Leftovers for lunch were worse, the dough had continued to sog up to wet dough consistency. If I ever buy again I'd ignore their directions and remove from tin and put on screaming hot pizza stones. Likely I won't, 40$ is just too much to spend on undersauced pizza I have to cook myself. Lesson learned. Service 4⭐, their cooked in...
