I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Coco Bubble Tea Shop and their management practices. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of regard for their employees' well-being and fair compensation.
The first issue that struck me was the shockingly low wages paid to the hardworking staff. It is simply unacceptable to offer only the minimum wage, disregarding the dedication and effort put in by the employees. Fair compensation is crucial for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the team feels valued.
Additionally, the workload imposed upon the employees is excessive. It is evident that the management expects them to handle an overwhelming amount of tasks, far beyond reasonable expectations. This not only leads to increased stress levels but also impacts the quality of service provided to customers.
As a conscientious consumer, I am reminded of the recent boycotts against companies like Starbucks, where ethical concerns regarding the fair treatment of coffee farmers prompted individuals to take action. It is not unreasonable to expect customers to reconsider their support for Coco Bubble Tea Shop if similar concerns about employee treatment persist.
I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate steps to address these issues and prioritize the well-being of their employees. By doing so, they can create a more positive work environment, boost employee morale, and ultimately provide a better experience for their customers.
In conclusion, my experience at Coco Bubble Tea Shop has left me deeply disappointed. Until significant improvements are made in their management practices and treatment of employees, I cannot recommend this...
Read moreEDIT: I went there again just to see if they have implemented the change of paying via online giftcard through the app. To my surprise, they knew exactly who I was and apologized if the error caused my previous visit. And assured me that this visit I can pay via the gift card through the app. However, as an apology they asked me not to pay anything for my order. Which shows the level of customer service and satisfaction this location cares about. I would definitely be a reccuring customer here now.
Spreading misinformation at its finest. The app shows a promo for gift cards and the store cannot process it in store. So the gift cards bought through apps are useless to pay for the items bought and paid for in store. The store staff called the manager as they were not aware of the process and the manager mislead us and made me buy the card through the app without informing that I would not be able to pay for the order in store. I feel cheated by the manager at this location. This location would definitely would never get my business and I would mosr definitely inform all my friends and family to stay away. Staff was very helpful but they were misinformed and misguided by...
Read moreAlright. So Iâve been to CoCo many times. I really enjoyed it in the past. But⌠Lately -especially since moving to paper cups- the staff at CoCo donât make my drink how I wanted. I think theyâre taking advantage of the fact you canât look at the cup and realize if itâs wrong or right. Tonight (Feb 14) I ordered the Matcha Milk Tea and asked for pudding to be added. No pudding. And of course, they charged me extra for the pudding -which would be fine if I actually got the pudding in there. A month or two ago - same thing. I wanted Three Guys, they gave me 2 Gals instead. The time before that the match had the salty foam on top when I ordered the regular milk tea. And of course, I have no idea until later because I canât see inside the cup. What am I supposed to do? Pour it into a glass before leaving the store? Watch the staff like a hawk? I didnât sign up to babysit someone doing their job. Please CoCo⌠just do it right. Very frustrating. At this point I think Iâll be going somewhere else for...
