Deville Coffee — Restaurant in Calgary

This is the new and shiny coffee shop at The Calgary International Airport. Located at the Domestic Terminal, Arrivals Level, near door 3. They have a few different roasts to choose from, as well as all kinds of lattes, specialty Coffees, teas, pastries, etc. They also have a few tables for you to enjoy a coffee while waiting for a friend or family member to arrive, and their staff is very nice and helpful. Just tried to purchase coffee beans (as I have many times before at other Deville locations) and was turned away with no real explanation. First of all waited 10 minutes for the girl to return from her break, and then when I told her I wanted to buy a bag of coffee beans she simply shook her head no and said “I’m not selling them right now.”. I pointed to the coffee beans on the shelf behind her and she said “I only sell coffee beans between 6am and 6pm.”. One of the most confusing interactions I’ve had....

Transiting through the airport & saw they have gluten friendly options (cookies, bars, donuts) cookie was great. Had an amazing iced vanilla latte (best one I’ve ever had) and my daughter had a Nutella hot chocolate which she says was also great. Great little spot to relax while waiting for a bus transfer. A real pleasant surprise to find gluten free items for my daughter...
