Sbarro — Restaurant in Calgary

I ordered from the store in the Calgary International Airport at the domestic departure food court. I ordered the baked ziti.......the server took it from a warming tray that looked like they had put all the left overs in it and left it to sit under the heat lamp.........when I tired it, well it was terrible, the sauce taste was good but the pasta was so far over cooked it was just a pile of mushrooms, and then she had added more sauce to it which made it worse. I was going to try a slice of pizza, but it was paper thin. It looked like it had also been sitting there the better part of the day..........I highly suggest you go somewhere else for food or you also will be disappointed. Never again will I...

I am such a huge fan of Sbarro, but whatever this brings such a huge disappointment. The pizza we got was really old. We paid an order of breadsticks for $3.59 and the menu clearly states 2 breadsticks for that price but we only received 1, and the lady didn’t give us one when I asked. The pizza was cold and tasted like leftover room temperature party pizza. The spaghetti w/ sauce my partner got was really watery and cold…. Just look at the picture. I was at the Sbarro location at South Centre Mall. They no longer have one there. I think it’s because of how poor the service there is. I went to that location a few times, and the last time I went there, I informed the person working there about my food allergies, and the jerk completely ignored me, and also didn’t ask me what kind of pizza I wanted. This is a very poor way to treat your customers. I also tried returning unused utensils, and the guy told me to just throw them out. The pizza here isn’t even that good and everything is a bit overpriced. I’d spend my money elsewhere. There’s plenty of good pizza...
