I really should have read the reviews before ordering, as what I read here is true of my experience. The older lady asks what you want and then turns around and leaves before you answer. If you have questions, you get ignored.
Ordered a brie and chicken sandwich. Comes with apples and arugula. I watched the girl add spinach to my sandwich, so I asked if they were out of arugula and I got a deer in headlights. She has zero idea what I am talking about. After asking the other young employee, she says, "It's a pre-made sandwich." Yes, I know it is. I ordered it. It says it comes with arugula... these kids do not know what arugula is.
To the owner of this place, spinach and arugula are NOT the same thing! They do not taste the same. They do not look the same. They are both leafy and green, but that is about as close to each other they get. This sandwich would have been good with arugula (for a fast food sandwich place). Arugula is peppery, a bit spicy, and a little nutty. Spinach is mild with a tiny hint of sweet. Yes, spinach is cheaper, but your menu does not say spinach! It says arugula.

Read moreI cannot even begin to describe the horrible experience I had here. I ordered a salad, asked to add chicken topping to it. The cashier added the chicken to the bill, it went from 17 something to 23 something after adding the chicken. So after I paid the bill, went to the salad bar to discover that chicken topping was not added. I said okay, let's add it now. Went back to the cashier and she billed me 5 something for the chicken. While I was paying, she said, "I didn't hear you asking for chicken because YOUR KIDS ARE TOO NOISY". THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID. My 16 months old was walking around me, that's what distracted her. She continued to blame my kids to be noisy and loud. Damn lady, the machine beside you is loud. NOT MY CHILDREN. I could not believe someone can blame a 16 months old who wasn't even shouting or crying at all. Just walking around. After confronting her she said "I am too stressed because of all the vouchers people have been using". I kid you not I was standing there in disbelief. Please if someone sees this from the management kindly make sure your staff are capable of handling a few passengers if you are putting them...
Read moreHorrendous customer service, not even greeting, you get a "Yeah?" and you proceed to ask a question about the Vegetable Pho soup, the woman turn around mid question, pulls the soup and place it in front of us. We ask if there's fish in the liquid and she says chicken. We say no thank you and the woman disappears in the kitchen before we can ask for the salad. We turn to the other employee and ask if the salad that looks like has no oil or cheese is actually vegan and they can't tell... What's the point of having all this allergy label if you can't tell what's in your plain salad. Looking at us like we are asking too much or we were picky was too much for me. You want my money or what??? Where do you hire those people? Maybe raise their salary so we can have a decent service with crucial information about potential life threatening allergy risk.
