Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

In my last review I gave this place 5.. But my today's experience with this place has forced me to change my 5 rating to 1* (no option to go lower). I have been a regular customer for last few years n this time I ordered 2 pizzas thru delivery. Both slated for 6:15 pm delivery (had to start work at 4am otherwise I usually go pick it my self). One pizza came promptly at 6:15 the delivery guy had no info on the status of second pizza. So I had to call for second pizza. Second delivery guy brought it in close to 6:40. My daughter started eating her deep dish pizza n immediate complained how gooey the dough was. We called them again and requested a replacement pizza. Sure enough the excuses started immediately.. finally our option was made clear if we want a replacement then we have to bring it in or they will charge us delivery fee again, my wife was very calm n tried to explain that there was a reason y we ordered delivery. The girl in the other line consulted with the manager n then repeated the same options. Then she finally admitted she was not authorized to make decision so I asked to talk to the duty manager. She came o the phone n told me she had no idea what was going on. In fact she wasn't the Manager either. And when I asked who did the first girl speak to then? She had no idea. Being lied to truly disappointed me and I had to leave my dinner and take both pizzas back for a refund. Money was given promptly with no apologies offered n no effort made to win my business back. Hence the review. A simple apology n a new pizza delivered when we first called would have solved the problem but excuses denial n deceit just made this Domino's location loose a...

So I ordered online with this place on Monday. The order came to my place wrong from what I had ordered online. I called to figure out what happened and to see if there was anything we could do to fix the issue. The owner (TY), presisted to say I am wrong this is the order. I never said he was wrong nore I was wrong I simply said I ordered online and I am missing my cheesy bread. He continued to argue with me and I had to hang up the phone out of pure anger with my service. I had to tell the driver to take the pizza back because I could not resolve the issue and the price was WAY to high because I used a online coupon. I placed a order online once again a few days later and got a phone call a few minutes after from the owner (TY). He said he will not deliever to me anymore because I sent the pizza back last time. I asked well can I review my order with you that I placed online so it is right this time. He said no and hung up the phone. I called back and asked what I can do to get my order he said come in and place the order, I proceeded to tell him I am a handicap and am unable to get to and from my place at late hours to place a order he still would not do anything and hung up once again.

I have now boycoted dominoes based on the fact I can not get delivery. I even called another story and they are unable to deliever to me because it is not in there district. I have contacted head office about this location. But the service is poor, and the behaviour of the owner is...

I wish we can have a zero star option. Ordered pizza at 12:30 am and was told that within 30 min the order will be delivered. It’s 1:30 am now and haven’t heard from the delivery guy and trying to call the store and no one is answering. My apartment is only 10 minutes from the store and it’s been over an hour since I placed my order. Again zero star to the store and I’m never ordering again from this store. Finally the store answered and they were making excuses that they came to my place to deliver the order and called me. Another excuse they weee making was that they called me and who ever answered the phone and said he never ordered a pizza. People working in this store are big liars, they just don’t want to work. I highly recommend the store owner to change the staff otherwise your store will be closed soon. I was even standing outside for more than 20 min my patio and I never saw anyone entering my building to deliver the pizza. They are a bunch of lazy liars. Super disappointed that we these kind of dominos stores still open and these kind of people working...
