If I could give minus 20 stars I would. I am in total shock. So, I am allergic olives. We said !!NO OLIVES!! when we ordered online, checked the pizza quick before I grabbed a piece and because we ordered the works pizza, the olives looked like the mushrooms, and were EVERYWHERE. I didn't see them at first. I thought they were mushrooms. As u said, I am allergic to olives. Sometimes it can be just hives, but if I eat a huge mouthful it can be a very, very bad reaction which is what happened. My Saturday night almost went from relaxing, watching a movie eating (totally awful) pizza to being rushed to the hospital, and they won't even refund us THAT PIZZA! We also ordered a thin crust Hawaiian, which was way overdone, also unedible. My partner tried to eat a cpl pieces xovereinftirnwith ranch to soften the pizza and it was still awful.
I wasn't going to mention that, the young lady I was speaking with sounded very nervous and I felt bad, but when the store assistant manager who had originally told me I WOULD be refunded, gave me to the GM of the store , that's where I was told there are no refunds no matter what. I was told "Listen we are so sorry we have brand new staff so they made big mistakes tonight on the line, but our policy is that we do not give refunds."

I didn't want the refund for the burnt thin crust, I just was very upset about the olives and that's that. Now that I was told I get a CREDIT, not refunded (that I repeatedly told them we won't use as we will never come back again) for just the Olive pizza after I told him about the thin crust crispy as hell pizza that we wasted $50 bucks on, now I see there is zero care from this person, so NOW I want a full refund. I am in shock with how we were treated, dismissed, and apparently it IS OUR FAULT that they have all new ppl on the line and they completely screwed up our order, as worse as it could have been. That's our fault.
If ANYONE is looking for pizza, DO NOT ORDER FROM DOMINOS!! EVER! Because no matter what happens, no matter how much they mess up on your order, they could care less. Absolutely care less.
Dominos used to be my favorite pizza years ago.
It is NOT the same, and they could care less about their customers. It's sad really. Very, very disappointing. Especially after speaking to the GM, clearly there was zero care on his end. Their quality of pizza and items they offer, respect for their customers, has all but disappeared.
Just so, very disappointed. I own a small business and if ANYONE called me saying this, I'd automatically refund them AND give them a credit for some more meals.

Read moreI’ve been ordering from this Dominos since they opened in Auburn Bay and have always ordered the same meal. It’s a couple pastas with some chicken bites. The delivery drivers have always been great, the food always arrives on time if not early, and the food is Domino’s quality (you’re getting what you’re paying for). My only problem that separates this location from any other Dominos I’ve ordered from is the fact that they DO NOT include a fork with their pastas. On top of this, they charge a $5 delivery fee only to deliver it to my house a few blocks away. I understand this delivery fee is probably a flat rate unlike that of Skip the Dishes which factors in distance from the restaurant you’re ordering from and applies delivery fees accordingly. Bottom line, if I’m paying $5 delivery ordering from a location located a matter of blocks from house, the least they can do is include a fork for my pasta and chicken bites. Isn’t one of the purposes of ordering take out, not to have to washes dishes?
** Update to my review seeing as you can’t respond to the place you’re submitting a review about on google reviews without emailing or calling them privately. The owners/ managements solution to my complaint is that I special request a fork with my order when they’re clearly missing the point; it should already be included if someone orders food that is normally eaten with a fork… aka… PASTA. The worst part of this is that I have been requesting a fork with every order I place at this Domino’s location in the “delivery instructions” for the past year and that doesn’t make a difference. What makes things even worse is the manager/ owner added that they will include a fork at NOT ONLY special request, but for a small fee!!! Is the fact they charge $5 for delivery not enough to cover the cost of a .10’ recyclable fork?!?

I always order make your own pasta, extra Alfredo and extra cheese as like lots of sauce and hate dry pasta.
My husband is always happy with his pizza and my pasta always has lots of sauce.
Over the past 6 months, 3 previous orders had chicken in the pasta, mistakes happen so I didn't even contact the store.
A few weeks ago I found a long black hair in my pasta and chicken (again). This paid meal went straight in the garbage. My husband called the store, sent them a picture of the hair and they gave us credit for the pasta.
Tonight I used my credit (reluctantly) as my husband wanted pizza, my pasta was so so dry, very little Alfredo sauce and cheese, could not eat it as it was so dry.
Very disappointing an extra effort wasn't made to ensure the meal was perfect and had extra Alfredo and cheese.
Staff are always pleasant...
