I have ordered take out and eaten in the restaurant. I have read some of the other reviews and had a completely different experience so I thought I would comment. I will start by saying I am not Asian as that seems to be a theme and reason why people suggest not going here to eat. I have lived in the area for 2 years and have eaten here at least 10x. The service was also fast and courteous. Sometimes I would stop in, give my order and then go to Rexall or Safeway for 10 mins and the food was always ready to go when I got back. I have eaten in the restaurant and had the same experience: fast, courteous and hot, fresh food. The food is very good. The chicken wings are sooooooo good especially. Large portions and alot of different choices. My husband does not like Chinese/Cantonese food and I finally convinced him to come with me and he also enjoyed the food, he always orders chicken balls when we do eat Chinese food together, and he said the chicken balls are great. Read moreOnly on the first Impression! Mind you, You're gonna have to give your credit card info over the phone if it is a delivery. They claim that they're going to charge you right away but the delivery guy asks you to write on a piece of paper "How much you gon pay." Asked multiple of times to the guy taking the orders over the phone for the name of the person taking my credit card info but the reply was always "You gonna find my name on the receipt that the deliver guy gonna give." Now for the food, I asked for Szechuan Style Beef Hot plate, but they claimed it is the same as Szechuan beef, then why do you write multiple of times the same product on the menu - I would think it is hot plate? When the food arrived, it was served to the guests that were on their first visit and loved chinese however with so much embarassment I have to say that they left feeling vegan. I called 2 hours in advance at 5pm, and was told to come in an hour which was at 6pm and sat in the restaurant for over another hour waiting aimlessly to end up being told after waiting that long that they ran out of my order (peking duck). How do you run out of my order when I called 2 hours in advance. What's the point then and if they ran out they should have told me that when I called so obviously they were not taking the orders based on the sequence of the orders and just prioritizing as they wish. Aside from that, numerous customers were asking about their orders and complaining, with the workers simply ignoring everyone.
