I visited this place today for lunch because it took Skip over 90 minutes to assign a courier to my order.
So i decided to take the short drive and go pick my food up myself as I really didn't want the store to suffer if i had cancelled it and ordered somewhere else. Once i left my office I called the store and told them that I was cancelling my order through skip and asked that they please not throw my order out as I was coming to pick it up myself.
When i arrived, i was greeted by John & Saina behind the counter and we started talking about what had happened. They were extremely apologetic and it wasn't even their fault!!! So after we got everything sorted out, I was going to pay for my meal, the boss came out of the back and asked what happened. I explained to him. He had the 2 most amazing staff to re make my meal so it was hot when I finally got to enjoy it. Then, just as I'm about to leave, Saina comes out with a fresh tea that they had made for me as well.. This store definitely cares about customer service and satisfaction.. and it really does show.
I will be ordering again from here, not through skip though. I will either visit the store myself or I will try maybe using door dash or another service. Keep up the great work guys!! if i could give more than 5...

I had the WORST experience at [shawarma passion], and I feel obligated to warn everyone. Last night, I ordered shawarma under my friend’s name, Reesha through uber eats , and what we received was absolutely disgusting. There was a strand of hair in the food, showing how careless and unhygienic their kitchen is!
As if that wasn’t enough, after eating, my friends and I all developed severe stomach aches, nausea, and symptoms of food poisoning. I had to take a day off from work because of how sick I felt. Imagine a restaurant so negligent that their food makes customers physically ill!
This is beyond unacceptable. I am filing a formal complaint with food safety authorities because a place like this should NOT be serving food to people. If they are this careless about hygiene, who knows what else is going on in their kitchen? Rotten ingredients? Expired meat? Unwashed hands?
This restaurant deserves to be shut down. Do NOT risk your health by eating here. Food should be made with care, not with negligence that sends people to bed sick. I hope the management takes full responsibility, but based on this experience, I have ZERO faith in them.

Another customer confirmed my order as well!
Then the guy at the till calls me out infront all the customers and staff and says customers are not always right!. I think the owners really need put there own staff members through customer service training and learn the meaning of customer service!!! Before making such blunt accusations. The guy at the grill makes up the order thinks he knows what the order is and just puts it on my pita which was wrong.
The only time I will go back here is to speak with the manager - being in the customer service industry for 20 plus years and then hearing customer is not always right from a person who has been in the food industry for not more than year went way to make me realize immigrants are hired but not...
