Avoid This Subway at All Costs
My recent experience at this Subway location was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the employees lacked basic skills and customer service etiquette.
Firstly, the staff seemed utterly clueless about the menu options, fumbling through basic questions and providing vague, unhelpful answers. It was as if they had never been trained on what they were supposed to offer.
Secondly, their demeanor was unprofessional and indifferent. There was no effort to greet customers or assist with their orders promptly. Instead, they appeared more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of paying customers.
Moreover, the food preparation was sloppy and careless. My sandwich looked like it had been thrown together hastily, with ingredients spilling out and unevenly distributed. It was clear that attention to detail was not a priority for them.
To top it off, when I tried to provide feedback on my experience, the staff seemed uninterested and dismissive, as if customer satisfaction was not something they cared about.

First of all I was not greeted properly which is fine but while I’m telling the lady what all I want she interrupts me and rudely asks me a question about my order. While making my order she’s chatting with employees in the back rushing my first sub and making it vedy messy, I asked her to add more lettuce because she was not adding enough and she just looked at me and another lady from the back came and took over my order who also was not paying attention to my order and was more interested in chatting with ladies in the back! One specific issue I encountered was the disrespectful behavior of an elder person serving at the subway . It was evident that this was not an isolated incident, as I discovered similar complaints in the reviews on Google.
Upon entering the establishment, I was hopeful for a pleasant dining experience. However, the elder staff member's lack of respect towards younger customers like myself was disheartening. Their attitude was dismissive and condescending, which made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
While I understand that everyone can have a bad day, it is important for employees to maintain professionalism and treat customers with respect regardless of their age. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to this Subway location.
