I just ordered special chow mein. I am not fond of bbq pork, so asked if they would do extra chicken instead. They have in the past. Have gone to Ginger Beef for years since it was a restaurant in Brentwood. I think this time 80% noodles, veggies and chicken 15%. Maybe a 1/4 cup chicken. This is when I found out its not a true buffet. It's $12 per plate!!! No fill ups and a complete waste of time. Go up to Edgemont and have a real buffet where you can go up as much as you want for $14 and the food is 100 times better and about 4 times the items. I wouldn't give these cheap dirty Chinese a dime. You could see the summonses prob more than one case of food poisoning in their time....
