If you're a fan of Korean BBQ or just love great food in general, Gogi Korean All You Can Eat is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming. The staff made sure we were comfortable, explained the menu clearly, and kept everything running smoothly throughout our meal. The food? Incredible. Every single cut of meat we tried was fresh, well-marinated, and full of flavor. The selection was impressive—beef brisket, pork belly, bulgogi, spicy chicken, short ribs, and more. Everything cooked up beautifully on the grill at our table, and we never felt rushed. What really sets Gogi apart are the banchan (side dishes) and extras. The kimchi was perfectly fermented, the japchae had great texture, and the dipping sauces added the perfect kick. Plus, the steamed egg and Korean pancakes were surprisingly delicious additions that you don’t always get at other KBBQ spots. The restaurant is clean, modern, and has a great atmosphere—ideal for both casual dinners and special occasions. Despite being busy, the staff stayed on top of everything, and our grill was changed regularly without us even needing to ask. Final verdict: Gogi delivers on quality, service, and value. For an all-you-can-eat spot, the attention to detail and freshness of ingredients is top-tier. Whether you're a KBBQ veteran or trying it for the first time, this place will blow you away....
Read moreThe inside of the restaurant is nice and you can see them prepare your meats by the bar. The portions are quite small though. We got the meat lovers combo and honestly I was surprised to see how small the portions were for $80. For the beef short ribs and the pork belly, we only got 3 pieces. I had to cut them into tiny pieces so we can savour it for more than just 1 bite. The “chicken karage” was not accurate at all. It seems like they just heated up frozen tawainese popcorn chicken and passed it off at chicken karage. The miso soup was straight from a soup mix package. I didn’t expect to go out to have miso soup made from a package when I can do it myself at home. Just being picky at this point but the rice was cold. It seems like they already scooped out all their rice into bowls and leave them out to sit so servers can grab them whenever they get an order.
The service was quite slow even though the restaurant was not that busy. Servers were quite inexperienced, we were served our meat combo before we even got waters, plates and cutlery, and appetizer. Hopefully overtime the servers will find their groove and become experienced with this.
Finally, just an additional tip: you should describe what’s inside your drinks for your drink menu. I also do believe you need to indicate the amount of alcohol for each drink on your menus in accordance...
Read moreTried this place out for the first time and was surprised how busy it was when we arrived at 5pm.
We got a seat and they give you paper to place your order, allowing you as many rounds as you can eat. They do charge for any food not eaten to deter any waste. They came by and we were told by 3 different people within a few minutes that we were limited to 2 hours. This set the course for service for the meal, mechanical and quick but lacking any hospitality.
They tell you to scan a QR code so you can get pictures of everything on the menu which helps. We picked a few appetizers that we enjoyed such as glass noodles, dumplings, edamame and potatoes.
You can go up to a salad bar which was quite limited but I was there for the meat anyways! I did grab romaine and rice to make salad wraps with the meat I grilled. They had a few sauces to choose from- original, basil and spicy.
4 stars food but 2 stars for service and atmosphere.
The meats came out quick and closer to frozen than not. The grill cooked the meat nicely, it didn't stick and cooked it quickly.
We were out well before the time limit and enjoyed the meat, particularly the bulgolgi and pork belly. I appreciated the spicy versions of the meat.
Overall a decent deal for $34. The restaurant is very...
