Stopped in for lunch today. Walked in and was greeted by one of the staff with a hello. I asked for a table for two and she told me one minute and promptly went back to wiping down the table she was wiping previously. There were numerous tables that were free but she insisted that I wait for that specific table. When I sat down, there was a foul water smell coming from the table top, most likely due to the dirty rag she was using. I ordered: 1 lamb seekh kabab, 1 naan, and 1 chicken biryani. The water glasses had lip marks on them which I didn’t notice until my meal was over half eaten.
This is where the service went down hill. The waitress assumed that we wanted the kababs as appetizers and the remainder as our main course. I don’t know why she didn’t ask to clarify at the time of the order, but sure enough, we received the lamb but not the naan. After 10 minutes of waiting, we asked her where the rest of the order was. She said oh I didn’t know you wanted the naan too. I don’t know how she expected someone to eat naan and biryani rice…
When the naan finally came with the biryani, the lamb was cold and hard. We started eating and I noticed the glass being dirty. I had to wait for her to come to a different table before I could find her to ask her for a clean glass of water.
I sit here at the table writing this review. Not once did any of the staff ask me how my meal was. If I needed anything else. If I wanted desert. Oh, and she took the order and the menu is still on my table and I’m ready for my bill and she hasn’t come back.
Honestly owners of this location, there are so many people looking for work! Staff like this is going to impact your clientele. Let’s just say that I won’t be coming back.

Read moreVery disappointed with the service provided. I had ordered two seperate orders and had specifically said in instructions how they were to be split stating Order 1 and Order 2. When I went to pick up the food the girl at the counter seemed uninterested in helping and when I asked to ensure the orders were separated correctly as they were going to different locations we realized that they weren't and she said I will get it fixed. When she brought them back I didn't think to recheck as she said she was going to fix it right away. Well a half hour later I get a phone call from the people, who got order 2; and they told me the order was missing half the food so we opened (order 1 at our place) and all the food was in this one still meaning the girl at the restaurant did not fix her mistake as asked at the restaurant just repackaged the same way and gave it to me saying she fixed it. I called three times to inform her of this and to complain. Instead of helping she was very unprofessional and rude. She hung up on me three times. I asked for her name and she would hang up or just put the phone down and stop responding. When I asked her to give it to a manager she hung up. Then on top of everything the butter chicken was under cooked. We asked for spicy and it was barely mild. I visited the restaurant with my son, and unfortunately, I observed a few issues during our visit. Firstly, one of the servers was wearing cleaning gloves and proceeded to play with my son. I was concerned when she picked up a key I had put away in the stroller with her dirty gloves and handed it to me. This lack of hygiene was quite disappointing.
Additionally, I had ordered a pina colada for my first round and requested a second round with just half a glass, explaining that I wanted it made with only one shot. However, the server insisted that it was impossible, which I believe is not the case. Eventually, she served me with half a glass, but only after I assured her that I would pay the same amount. I want to emphasize that my request was not about the money, but rather a simple customer preference.
Towards the end of my meal, as I was finishing up, the server brought the payment machine to me despite my request to pay later. Although I eventually paid, I felt rushed and would have appreciated more attentive service.
Lastly, I would like to mention that it would be more comfortable for customers if the staff primarily communicated in English. I understand that the server spoke in Hindi or Punjabi, but it didn't create a welcoming atmosphere for me.
