This was, without a doubt, the most infuriating and disrespectful experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. I went in about an hour before closing, and from the moment I stepped inside, I was treated like a complete nuisance by the two brown girls working there. These two couldn't have cared less about doing their jobs or treating customers with any semblance of respect.
For the first 10 minutes, I stood at the counter, completely ignored, while they gossiped and did everything except their actual job. They didn’t even bother to look up or acknowledge that a customer was waiting. No “hello,” no “I’ll be with you in a moment” – just pure indifference and laziness. It was like I was invisible, or worse, an inconvenience for daring to walk into their precious space.
When one of them finally decided to grace me with her presence, she came over with a look of pure annoyance, as if I was interrupting her social hour. I had a few modifications to my order – nothing out of the ordinary, just almond milk instead of regular and a different syrup. But this seemed to be too much for her to handle. She kept getting it wrong, and each time I politely corrected her, her attitude got worse. She looked at me like I was asking for the moon.
Then came the final insult: after all the hassle, she made my drink with regular milk instead of almond milk. When I pointed out her mistake, she rolled her eyes and actually had the audacity to argue with me, saying, “No, you didn’t ask for almond milk.” The sheer arrogance and rudeness were unbelievable. I was already fuming from the awful service, so I just took the drink and left because I knew arguing with someone so blatantly disrespectful and incompetent was a waste of time.
This Starbucks is an absolute nightmare. The service is beyond atrocious – it's downright hostile. These two girls act like customers are beneath them. They clearly have no idea what customer service is and should be ashamed of how they treat people.
Living close by means nothing to me if this is the kind of treatment I can expect. I'd rather drive across town than ever set foot in this place again. If you care at all about being treated with basic decency, stay far, far away from this location. They don’t deserve your business, and you don’t deserve the frustration of dealing with staff who clearly couldn’t care less. Worst Starbucks experience of my life, and I will NEVER...

Read moreDate : 09/27/24 Time of visit : 5:30pm Ordered : 2 Latte, 1 pastries and 1 cold drinks for a friend.
Me and my husband came in first. Looking for what to order while waiting for a friend. I ordered my WEAK Latte, to start, by staff named LOUIE. I emphasized during ORDERING that it is for dine in and it was served in take out plastic cup. I requested to put it in a mug SINCE IT WAS EMPHASIZED WILL DRINK INSIDE THE RESTAURANT.
Then came in my husband ordered a coffee and a pastries. And still he placed the coffee in a disposable cup, i felt irritated.
This is my concern:
1st- LOUIE explain that it was a default, when u ordered coffee, STARBUCKS will served it in a plastic / disposable cup. ( i truly understand that so i humbly requested for it to place in a mug) . My question was - for what is the purpose of the mug in the store?
2nd- he also told me that he dont hear me when i EMPHASIZED that the coffee i wanted to zip, is for having inside Starbucks's fine restaurant. ( my response : pay attention to details. Ask if you don't understand. LISTEN MORE Talk less. )
3rd - when Louie tranferred OUR coffee in a mug, (Thanks for that ) it was like a MESSY STARBUCKS coffee. I am expecting a heart or any design on top of my coffee in a mug (for dine in ), that is a TRADEMARK of STARBUCKS around the world.
4th- I dont mind paying $5 or more for a coffee but at least return back a good favor to a VALUED CUSTOMERS of this fine company.
Overall: Dissappointing and i think we dont deserve that kind of service...
