WORST TREATMENT EVER AS A POLITE PAYING CUSTOMER !!!! I have to start off by saying this was the worst Experience at a food establishment ! The order went fine when I arrived I was greeted, and my order was taken. They gave me a buzzer, then told me to wait for it, to go off. This is where the problems started. I waited for 15min for it to go off, and it did not go off. I was noticing people coming in and getting their food before I got mine. Now 20min has gone by for me to be waiting on a chicken sandwich fries and an apple pie . I asked the manager what was going on (Very politely I might add) she told me they were waiting on fries. I said ok and waited a little longer. Then the manager told me she was very sorry, and she would pay for my meal excluding the drink that I drank waiting for my meal. I said ok, and thank you very much. I stayed waiting for my meal, as I came in looking to buy food, and not a conversation. I seen the manager now talking to a male that seams to be the owner of the establishment. She then comes over to me and tells me I can leave now. I asked her can I please get my food, as I am waiting here for over 20min now for a chicken sandwich and fries She tells me no that she gave me a refund, and now I must leave!! I said really this is how u treat ur customers that come here to buy your food with their hard earned money ? She said she was sorry and I have to leave now !! I said wow to her keeping my cool the whole time. I am now at A&W eating my chicken sandwich and fries that took 3.5 mins to get !!! I have never had such a bad experience in my life ! And I usually don’t even write reviews like this what so ever……. But this is the only way I feel that they can hear my frustrations, because they sure don’t listen to their customers face to face. I’m am still in shock but this whole incident ! And nothing has been done about it !!! I would give less stars if...

After arriving in Calgary from Toronto and checking into our hotel late last night, we visited this location for dinner. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations.
Service & Efficiency Issues:
Despite the restaurant being overstaffed, we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Multiple employees were chatting idly instead of attending to customers or maintaining cleanliness.
No clean tables were available upon arrival, and a table near the entrance remained cluttered with spilled drinks the entire time—we had to request cleaning assistance to get a clean one.
In the kitchen, staff were disturbing workflow by chatting leisurely, and one employee was even seen leaning on a shelf while chewing food.
Cleanliness & Professionalism:
The environment was unacceptably dirty for a dining establishment.
Compared to other Jollibee locations (e.g., Toronto), this branch operated at only 40% efficiency—nowhere near the standard of competitors like McDonald’s.
Food Quality: The food itself was acceptable, but the poor service and unprofessional atmosphere significantly detracted from the experience.
Recommendation for Improvement: Since this occurred recently, I hope the store manager can address these issues—particularly regarding staff discipline, cleanliness, and operational efficiency—to bring this location...

I don't like Jollibee and I don't ever leave 1 star reviews but...
I was ordering Chicken for someone I know who lives in stupid NE where you have the rudest staff but surprisingly the staff I spoke to first was so understanding and without even asking went to the supervisor for support.
Your idiotic supervisor didn't resolve my issue, kept mocking me and said she'll send it to her manager, but when I pointed out that the loop will never end and you can just resolve this at your end she said no nothing can be done.
When asked for her name she pretended not to hear me and refused to give it to me saying do what you want.
But that's not it.
I reached out to my friends who have worked F&B and particularly those who had stints at this NE Jollibee and the consensus is:
The quality of meat is below par, the same fried chicken is served even after it's stale, chicken that falls on the GROUND is also served, and a lot of other malpractices and on top of that there's this.
This is incredibly rude and I discourage people from ordering from...
