Awful Customer Service! The store have this policy to do not assist the customer in bagging their items at the checkout when the customer did not buy a grocery bag
The lady in front of us bought a lot of items and brought her own bags, the cashier just watched her struggle and even though she asked politely for assistance, the cashier just repeated their store policy.
Whatâs worst is the cashier started scanning my items even though there is not enough space since the older lady still occupy the space as she is still bagging.
This is the worst customer experience, this beyond logic, the cashier was asked politely for assistance, this just a human asking for help and youâd refuse because of a $1.00 purchase, make it make sense
Going to the grocery is already stressful, the prices are already high, they donât even give a bag like they used to, they donât even bag your items like they used to, now even asking for help all you get is a smirk, stare down because you did not buy a $1.00 reusable bag!
The supervisor tries to intervene and make this right but the cashier is still tries to fight back and defending the store policy
This is a bad image for the store, if it is really the store policy, this needs to be changed and bring back customer service and bring bsck...

Read moreMy new favorite shopping 'mall!' LUCKY SUPERMARKET is an Asian fusion market that has everything that a foodie could want. It smells very nice inside (unlike many other NE markets with foul smells). There is a variety of Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Philippine and Chinese foods along with Western culture staples. If you are a weird chef like me, then this is the place to shop! No holds barred food here from whole chicken to goat and everything in between. The variety and prices are wonderful! Not only do they offer live fish, they have all manner of proteins, ethnic foods, greens (both fresh, dried, frozen and canned) etc. They have a bubble tea bar, lunch counter, bakery and specialty cooked meat section (char sui, crispy pork, bbq chicken, etc.). If you want to sample the food, you can order and stay in their cantina area. There is plenty of handicapped friendly parking and Lucky is huge! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Do yourself a favour and drop in. Also, weekly specials are on Fridays so take advantage of the cooked meat section! YUMMMMM!! (Will update with pictures...can't believe I forgot...this is a little...
