Oven Flames Pizza ( Marlborough) — Restaurant in Calgary

I walk in and the head chef am guessing tells me we are not open then a few seconds later he changes his mind and lets me order I ordered my large half cheese half chicken pizza he said 25 minutes I come back 30 minutes later to see him give a customer four box's of pizza then other customer 14 box's of pizza and tells me am busy give me 5 more minutes I said okay and waited then he brings out a medium chicken pizza and I tell him I order a large half cheese half chicken then he argues with me then makes me pay more then makes me wait another 15 minutes then he bring out my pizza after me finally waiting 45 minutes the pizza does not look like a larger it was the same size as the medium and when I told him that he ignored me. since I came to Canada a decade and 2 years ago I have never been treated this bad I have been to multiple pizza joints and this one is the worst so far I never recommend someone to go here it is a waste of your time and money you cant get anywhere with the head chef he is very mean and the worker is the only kind guy there even though he got my order wrong none of they apology and I am very very angry I would really love to see the boss go there and see how her lazy workers are doing and also it is a scam they buy there rating cause no place has a 4.9 and has...

I had high hopes after reading the great reviews. Unfortunately for us, it just wasn't a great experience.

I called 1 hour in advance and ordered 3 pizzas for pickup at 530. I was specific on the time, because my partner worked a 12 hour shift and wanted to pick up pizza on his way home.

Well, at 5:20 Oven Flames staff called me to confirm my order (including pick up time and my request re: cilantro) My partner showed up 10 minutes later to collect the pizzas. They told him the pizzas would be done in 10 more minutes.. well it was actually closer to 35 minutes. They hadnt even started the order when he arrived at 530!!! He didnt leave there until after 6.

Not just that, but I very specifically asked for the cilantro to be on the side in a container, because only one person likes it. ...But no, they put it alllll over the pizza. When they realized the mistake, he started to scrape it off. Impossible. Cilantro was imbedded everywhere making the pizza unedible for the majority of our guests.
