The Pros= First and foremost I Personally Really Loved the Great and Excellent Service that we got. It was Truly 'Above And Beyond' and a Big Thank You to the Lady that we got to Take Our Orders. As She was Really Courthouse Towards Us and Most Importantly, she Understood Me where Most Probably couldn't as I'm Not A Loud Talker. But it also Helps that the Place was Really Quit at the Time.
And I Found that It didn't All that Long for Our Food to be Ready In Fact it was Just After when we Filled Our Cups it was Ready. But that could've had something to do with it being Empty in there at the time. But Still I'm Impressed Especially we Entered Pretty Early. And as for the Food it was Really Good and Tender. And that Should do it for the Pros.
The Cons= The Only Criticisms that I could Give, First was that The Food May've Been Good and Tender and all of that , and it's Still is But I Just Personally Found It A Little Too Salty for My Personal Tastes. And I could Take Salty but I Personally Feel that the Fried Chicken was a Little Too Noticeable Salty. And the Second being Although it Doesn't Really Affect Us But it Still would've Been Nice to have the Option of a Kiosk when Ordering. And that should do it for the Cons.

When I placed my order and she asked me if I want everything on the coupon (all included in the coupon) and I told her "YES". But when I got my order I did not checked what was in the bag until I drove half way (seven blocks away) home, then I decided to stop and checked my order, it was missing a dipping sauce, then I returned to the same restaurant and talked to same person, she did not even apologize for her mistake/forgetfulness but she insisted to say it is not "mandatory", I already told her "YES" at the beginning of placing my order, she also forgot to give me the receipt. Her mistake/forgetfulness caused me the inconvenience, wasted my time. She needs to learn some basic customer service and accept her own mistake/forgetfulness.. The 20 piece meal offerd in the app at this location ($39.99)was basically the same price as the 15 pieces elsewhere ($36.99). Was very glad I went there. The place was clean and well staffed.
