Kernels Popcorn — Local services in Calgary

Super frustrated... Went in for kernels at this location instead of my favourite one in market mall. We ordered white cheese and left as it was near closing time. To my suprise the next day, I received what tasted like plain dill. I called to ask if my taste buds were wrong, and was told to come in and get my correct bag which was super kind and thoughtful. However, after getting the second "correct bag free", I open it up once home and it once again is a strong dill flavour with a hint of white cheddar. Whenever me and my wife go to Sunridge, we always get Kernels Jalapeno and Sweet Thai chilli mix popcorn. Yesterday, March 18, we wanted to try different flavour and asked the attendant “Arline” she gave the first flavour but second time she refused to give and when we asked again, she nodded sideways and murmured “gosh” like she doesn’t care about the sale. Arline has a very rude attitude towards customers. Now we will think twice to go to this location again. 1 star for the RUDE...

Miserable customer service. I just passed to the kiosk and I wanted to try a fresh pack of fresh popcorn that was coming front the pot machine, but the lady refused to give me a warm fresh one. She just pushed me to take an old cold popcorn, also she was in a bad mood and just yelled me that she just had the old popcorn for selling and the machine just kept releasing amazing smells from the fresh product... I'll never go back there... it was a completely...
