Rude to people with Disabilities! Ordered online the website asks if you have visual impairment or reach restriction but nothing for notifying of a hearing impairment. I have ordered here a few times never had any problems in past, they email when pizza is ready I go through the drive through to pick up. In past I drive straight to the window the person opens asks what order im picking up etc & hands it to me. Tonight I did the same thing as usual the lady didnt come to the window. Aparently there is a speaker further back in drive through I was supposed to use but i never did before & because im hearing impaired it doesnt work for me anyway & im not ordering just picking up. They finally realize im at window & open up window young man who wasnt even the one with drive through headset on (looks all of 14 years old) yells at me for not using the drive through speaker & is incredibly rude & nasty. I said "Excuse me" ...I was taken aback that they would speak to a customer this way, especially after driving in a snow storm to come. I asked again "What did you say to me" he walks off doesnt even have the gumption to follow up & repeat it to my face! I find it ironic that there is a sign beside drive through window saying our staff will not tolerate direspectful conduct etc...how about you face that sign inside to your staff! Im a customer & didnt deserve to be spoken to or treated like that period but especially not because of a disability i have no control over. Beyond upset I havent been this angry in a decade. Treat your customers with the same respect you want yourselves!!!! Read moreThis little cesars is terrible. They are extremely rude especially the lady that I think is the manager. They screen their calls all the time. What is the point of having a phone if you are not going to answer it to take orders. I have literally called them standing at the front counter and they look at the phone and let it ring. I ask why they don't answer and they say they don't answer private caller. I was calling before that not as a private caller and they won't answer. They will not answer my number. I can call from my husband's phone and they will answer. I made the mistake of calling from my sons phone after they wouldn't answer my call and they put two and two together and as I am literally at the drive through window, my son is calling and the manager lady says oh phone number * we are not answering that one either. This all started because one time I tried calling and my phone was cutting out, they hung up on me so I called back to try again and from then on they will never answer my calls. This has been going on for months at it is ridiculous. I have a special needs son and do not have the luxury of sitting there waiting, that is why I order in advance. I will be contacting head office as well as the better business bureau. They could give two craps about customers, it is ridiculous. They are also so rude. As I never received the call back from manger to resolve the issue, I personally went to the little Caesars premises where the order was to be made from in McKenzie towne and they were greats the manager was very quickly able to cancel the order and explained I’d be refunded in a few days. I guess the issue is with the head office and not this branch.
I placed a prepaid order for a large birthday party, totaling over $100. I carefully entered the correct delivery address and even took a screenshot to confirm all the details. However, after placing the order, the system defaulted to an unknown address that I did not enter.
Unfortunately, I was unable to edit or cancel the order through the app. I called Little Caesars immediately, but was told there was nothing they could do—they couldn’t change the delivery address, cancel the order, or issue a refund.
The customer service experience was also disappointing. The representative I spoke with had a poor connection, making it difficult to communicate. I asked for a callback on a clearer line, but I’m still waiting.
It’s frustrating to be out of pocket for an order placed 24 hours in advance, especially when the error was not mine. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional pizza delivery service, I would not recommend...
