Cheapskates.
I came in with my fiancé on February 24, 2025, ordered via kiosk, and while waiting, a nice black woman approached the counter and said the sandwich she ordered for her son was very dry and asked if they could get a line of mayo on the bottom. She was very nice about the request, but the young woman behind the counter kept telling her no. The nice customer kept asking for clarification, and eventually the counter worker said she'd have to pay for it, then went and added a 30-cent charge on the till, told her the cost and then walked away. The customer was willing to pay but the worker never came back to help her. A young man (Anden) behind the counter just plain ignores her the whole time. Then another worker (woman, Sara[something]preet) came to the till to ring through the next customer and so the original customer had to explain the situation all over again, and she said she was willing to pay, and again...this new worker wouldn't ring her through. The customer even offered to buy a whole new sandwich with the mayo added on in one transaction, but they still weren't helping her. Then the new worker said she could grab a supervisor, and the customer didn't care; she was willing to pay, but again, instead of helping her, they left her to go get a supervisor.
We stood there for over 10 minutes waiting, and they argued with her the whole time. Over 30 cents. The amount of labour they wasted over something as inconsequential as that is ridiculous, all the while they were not treating her with any ounce of respect. They should all be ashamed of themselves, and you should train your entire team better.
I come to this location often and I am ashamed this is how our community is being treated. Do better.
We left at 12:50pm today, not sure if there are cameras but if so please check and see how much time they wasted with their sour service.
Please have someone contact me.
NOTE: I apologize for the late report, I had accidentally selected a different location when I originally posted the review back on the same day and just...
Read moreI brought my 90 year old father here Dec 12. 2023. 1:00 pm in the afternoon. We stood there for 5 minutes (no one else standing there to order) as we watched the 4-5 staff scurry around behind tills like I there was a drive through. I was informed later there was not. I don't know why they were so busy everyone was at their table eating. My father asked the girl looking at him for asparagus soup, she glared at him and walked away doing whatever with a bad attitude, no smiles. So we stood there shaking heads and waited longer until a young guy helped us. He also had poor communication and no customer skill, canceling my order 3 times until he got it right on his 4th attempt. The tables hadn't been cleaned and there wasn't one clean table available so I wiped crumbs onto the floor with my coat sleeve so we could sit. Yuck. Food all over the floor probably cause everyone else did the same. This review is true and not biased in any way, it is the truth. It just makes me wonder if these staff have any pride in their work here. "No matter what you do for a living or what you get paid". DO IT WELL! or move on. To add insult to injury staff walks up to table and asked if sunglasses (I was holding) were mine because someone called losing theirs. Absolutely no etiquette whatsoever. Lol, it's sad. My first, and definitely my...
Read moreI have been going to Tim Hortons for over 20 years buying honey crullers, my absolute favorite. Today, I bought one from the McKenzie town location and there was a funny flavor that lingered in my mouth. I bought two medium Ice Capps that were good, so I felt the staff should know because I have never had to bring one back. Sure there have been times where maybe the coating isn’t fully covered, but I’ve never returned one. I told one of the cashiers and she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I figured, sure, maybe their machine needs to be cleaned, but the rudeness coming from “Gabriella”, the manager. Rolling her eyes at me, whispering something to the employee beside her.” I told her that it wasn’t necessary to roll her eyes and whisper another employee like I am not even there, but she became extremely defensive and continued to whisper further.” I have never felt so uncomfortable, I am only trying to help, as a repeat costumer, I enjoy quality food. The women working there, they don’t smile, they are rearranging the baked goods while expecting you to talk loud, telling them what you want, but you have no idea if they heard you because they aren’t looking at...
