Ma Bonne Crepes & Sandwiches — Restaurant in Calgary

Love and enjoy the food and have been there many times and will continue to come in but I did come and ask for a buckwheat pancake (I'm gluten free) and there was a girl that was serving me that seemed to have an off day (which is understanding, we all have our bad days) she had mistakenly cooked a regular pancake when I had asked for a buckwheat (my friend had clearly heard me say Buckwheat) and was on her phone while the pancake was cooking away, I did receive it a little burnt but i still ate it and it was delicious. Don't be on your phone texting while a customer is waiting for their food and mistakenly took the wrong order and just slowly burning away.

not great customer service, will continue to go there but maybe when this specific worker isn't around, sorry to say! Also this was in the NW farmers market. next time you are serving a customer maybe don't use your phone when you are serving...

The Jambon Beurre is one of those sandwiches that I’ll drive for - complex in its simplicity it’s kind of difficult to mess up, and I was excited to try it at Ma Bonne Crepes. Unfortunately, it missed the mark in every way.

We ordered a crepe that said creamy but had to have it without the leeks due to an allergy. There was no mention of how it would be dry and boring and disgusting without the leeks. When I tried to return it he refused to give me my money back. I have worked in the industry for years. If you want people to come back let them know when they order something that has been changed from the menu that it wont taste good and second give them their money back if they are not satisfied. Third don't be rude! Lastly the buckwheat crepes...
