If I can give 0 stars, I would! We ordered and paid for our custom made couch in January 2024, and have been advised that it will get here around May. Inquired about it in May and received a voicemail saying it will now come in June. No problem, I understand delays in shipping etc. I inquired once again a week before the end of June and received a voicemail saying it is now in their warehouse and should be delivered by end of June, so any day now - their own words. Sent another inquiry first week of July, cause it obviously did not arrive as what they said and again, another voicemail saying āit will get here within the week or soā. Weāve disposed of our old couch thinking we would be getting our couch āsoonā and we have been out of couch to this date. When I sent my inquiry at the end of June, I spoke to their Salesperson and sheās apologizing as the messages she has left me werenāt intended for me! How convenient! I can understand people making mistakes, but to do it more than once is not only unacceptable and unprofessional. I called and asked to speak with the Manager and when I did, it felt like she was trying to protect her Salesperson by defending her and their system. I was also told that āthereās a reason why we do not advise getting custom made couchā. Well maybe, you should remove your whole room at the back with all the samples of custom fabric and colours cause you donāt cater to custom orders. Itās July 7, we still donāt have a couch. We hosted a party without a couch this weekend and was āassuredā by their Manager that they will do something about it. I will definitely not recommend this place if youāre looking for custom orders - not only they do not know how to work their own system, their customer service if itās even there is at bare minimum.
Update: July 12, they delivered the couch but āforgotā the chaise at the warehouse. This is so inconvenient and unprofessional! We have been waiting for so long, and now that itās finally here, they neglect to inspect their own deliveries!!! We moved everything in our entryway to prepare for this delivery! How much longer is our house going to be non-functional because of all of this?! Thank you so much for all the inconveniences and stress you brought to us...

We came to perfect home with the recommendations of our friends who had wonderful experience with Alana the manager there.As soon as we walked in over this weekend we were welcomed by an ash bald guy with glasses. We told him we were there to meet Alana he said she is not here but anything he can help and we told him we are looking for 2 bed set and sofa and dining table but we need help he said , while we walk around he will come and see us so we were going around the store looking for furniture but it was about half and hour he never came at the back we were at bedroom area we liked few beds . I understand the store was bit busy then we came around to find him he was with some people showing furniture i waved him, he said he would be there in a moment then he came and the first thing he said are you guys ready did you guys like things. I told him we might need help ,he walked with us and told those beds are custom and takes 6 to 8 weeks to order from bc and we asked him the price he said I will give you 20 percent off on everything if you buy it today. we ask him to give us more details, he said I will be back with the brouchers and told us to look around and he left us and he never came back we went to Ashley bought our whole house worth of 17k they just not lost me as a client I will never recommend anyone the level of service I was been told and I got was bazarre me and my husband were looking our self and saying not knowing as soon as we walk into the store we are supposed to buy the furniture not getting help or anything we selected and pay and go we are there to spend our hard earn money and we sometime...

He made a point of explaining there is no pressure, no salespeople will follow to persuade you, etc. So we browsed around by ourselves, nice and casual. Anytime we had a question Kamal seemed to be right around the corner and was super helpful and seemed very sincere. There were several employees buzzing around and I think there'd be little to no wait for assistance when shopping there. The selection in the store is great. Wonderful range of choices with respect to style, quality and price range. I don't recall seeing any merchandise there that made me think "they're selling crap". Kamal helped us decide a few pieces and explained what to expect. When items were delivered the delivery guys were also professional and helpful. Unfortunately after we assembled a power recliner the power source wouldn't work. I was nervous because I didn't buy the extended protection plan and imagined all kinds of bullshit I'd have to deal with, but I reached out to Kamal and he again had very helpful and to the point advice. A Perfect Home warehouse employee scheduled a technician visit, and a few days later the technician showed up and replaced the faulty power supply. No sweat.
We had an excellent experience, even considering the faulty power recliner we received which is not within the store's control.
We had shopped at the other usual larger retail furniture stores and the experience is incomparable. I would absolutely recommend Perfect Home based on this shopping experience, and we'll def go back for more furniture. Thanks...
