Sales went great, after service is horrid. Couch has console issue, called guest careless and was told it was ordered. I then get a message the order was cancelled but out of the 'kindness' of their heart they would order it again (the couch at this point is 2 weeks old). I was told part would arrive Aug 4, so I called about lifestyle bed issue asked about part oh it direct ship and I'll have to call guest careless again to set up appointment My lifestyle bed was making an interesting noise so call guest careless to find out i have to call the 800 number on the remote. So I call them get the part shipped, call guest careless and told they don't install them wth. Call the remote 800 and told that yes they do or should, again bed is 2 weeks old. I have the part the tech was scheduled the bed no longer made the noise so we figure hold on incase issue later. Well that day has come the head part doesn't lift, when tech was here last I asked best way to get it replaced said call guest careless(my version),so I call guest careless and said I have the part i need it installed and before she could say they don't so that i told her what happened a month ago so she checked with the area manager and told yes they do. For the amount of money I spent I expected better service. This may be my last ashley purchase.
To sum up, sales good after sale service they can't seem to do anything.
2024/05 and the saga continues….still within 1 yr warranty and I call the 800 to be told have to text the issue to another number after pressing 1 for warranty 2 for furniture (or what ever the order is)….so I text the bs AI and it wants pictures of product and issue, how do you take a picture of product turning itself off? then wants serial number, that should be on file as I can NOT lift the couch to get it. then i get a live body will be in touch in 2 days….but I called in and had a live body that could have taken my report. if I could return this couch I would this has been a horrible experience and should I need extended warranty, that was purchased, I suspect will get a run around.
2024/05 replaced couch so all is ok there. The new couch is ok but not comfy...it will do for now and means I get up more so win
2025/05 have extended warranty and a cracked bed frame....since I can't do another review will add to this one. The post came but different colour than rest of the frame. Sent back they ordered another new post same issue.. Broke down and had it installed the tech Rami was very good and not his fault ashley can't get it together and send right colour. So I will be looking for a night stand elsewhere based on parts that came in....I'd share the picture but it won't let me. So tech good was very professional, the getting right part and still not right colour makes me sad
2025/06/27 - Jason reached out to assist in the experience I've had with extended warranty issues. I appreciate the call and will amend to 2 stars and once solution has been fulfilled I bump it up again. Thank you
2025/07/03 - after several calls, and a few bad reviews we are good. Thank you Jason it's sad it had to go this way, however I've bumped up your stars for being my hero and getting it fixed right. If I can rate after sale warranty I'd give them an F as the grief they caused was...

My latest experience, however will ensure we NEVER deal with ASHLEY Furniture again and will post this on my personal sites so everyone I know will see what a Horrendous company ASHLEY Furniture is. We bought a dining table with a marble top, the salesperson Rawad (sweet talked) assured us it would be delivered and gave us a delivery date. We waited and waited two months only to receive further delay notices via email from the company. Finally we went to their store and met another crook person JD and he said the furniture was not reserved for us just sold was the cause of delay (whatever that means). He could do nothing for us except advise us to wait until october another 1 month for delivery. On persistence to give us a temporary table until the actual piece arrives he went back of his store to check on something and magically promised delivery will take place within next 4days. We were shocked how a sudden change and delivery is now possible but gladly accepted. It was now JD turn to sweet talk a sell us delivery services. Fed up of their sales tactics we politely denied and left the store. The delivery day two men arrived and left the table in a rush. We opened the box only to discover broken marble table top with major cracks on it after two months of waiting. The client service is another exhausting experience with constantly being directed to use different numbers and channels to just share damage pictures and start our claim. Now we are stuck in their process with no table, chasing our money stuck with them after waiting patiently for last two months and to top it all the broken table lying in our home space.
The salesman are unprofessional trying to sell everything from warranty to delivery outright lied about expectations. Rawal salesman there constantly made in appropriate jokes about our situation and offered us eating at their show-home dining tables until our table arrives. The last day he even commented eat on the broken table now. There is no sense of urgency or empathy for customers once they get your money. Their customer service should be called customer dis service. JD proudly we don’t provide customer service here you will have to deal with our client care service directly now. We had two canceled orders not handled appropriately and credit card charges not credited back to us yet. They pretended as if they don’t know anything about it and we look into it.
Horrible company. I will never do business with them ever. Pathetic incompetent staff who threatened to call cops when we raise our concern at the store in person so that other customers to find out about their mishandling of customers. Opened google to leave them a review and found many other reviews posted with similar pathetic experiences. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing, if I could help one person make a wise decision and not buy from this store I will be happy.
Overall horrible experience and will never ever buy from ASHLEY Furniture ever again. Would advise all to not do so as well, that's if you want to pay for products and never receive them in time or receive it damaged and waste more time chasing them for your own money. DONT WALK RUNAWAY FROM THIS STORE!!...
Read moreHave had a very frustrating experience with our order from June 2020. After placing and paying for the order our shipping date kept slipping further and further from the 6 weeks we were quoted. We picked up the first of three pieces in late August. The next two pieces didn't arrive until December ( after being given repeatly missed delivery dates) and one arrived with significant damage. The damage was obviously during manufacture, not from shipping, so it was clear that there was no attempt to perform quality control before it was sent. We immediately reported the damage online (twice) and provided photos, including consulting with the online technician. While we pressed for a replacement piece to be ordered, considering our initial wait of 6 months for this piece, it was denied. We were told that a new piece would only be ordered if it was determined it could not be repaired once in their repair shop. Although it was very clear to us that the piece could not be restored to proper condition in the shop, we waited until it could be picked up by a technician for proper inspection. We were told that we would receive the piece back the following week. Today we received a cryptic text message thanking us for our order and asking if we'd like an update. After some fruitless back and forth with bots, we were informed by an phone agent that our damaged table could not be repaired and that a new piece was being ordered - for delivery in approximately 15-17 weeks. Should we actually receive it within that time frame, 11 months will have passed between order and delivery. When I immediately called back to request that our damaged table be returned so we could continue to use it while waiting for our replacement, I was told that it had been 24 hours since we were notified that it could not be repaired - which was not the case, as the CSR noted that the notification we were supposed to receive was only sent internally - and the piece was now in some sort of logistics limbo. There was no way to find out where the piece was, but that it was likely dissembled already or sent to the US. This unbelieveable claim, that they had no way of tracking their pieces, shocked and disappointed me. I was already furious that the piece that we paid for and waited so long for was sent away without our agreement or approval. Requests to speak to a supervisor were repeatedly denied. We were told that this time the piece would be inspected to make sure it wasn't damaged. So now we are left with no option but to wait until at least May for our piece to arrive (again). I'm not convinced that all of these delays and miscommunicationes is a due to operating during a pandemic. The customer service post sale has been lipservice only. Although we do like the pieces we have received in good condition, we'll likely never buy anything from...
