Walked in the store with 2 other customers. Wasn't acknowledged once untill I went up to the till after wandering around for a while. There were 5 employees in the store. I appreciate that people can get busy with other tasks but when you jump to talk to 2 others that came in at the same time and offer them info and samples and completely ignore the other its not a great feeling. I called at 4pm on Remembrance day and had a chocolate bar put aside to come pick up within 2 hours. Google says they were open until 9pm, keep in mind Remembrance Day hours. I arrived at 5:30 and the doors were locked and no one answering the phone. Their sign said they close at 6 on Tuesdays. So not only did no one mention that they would be closing early when I called, but they also closed even earlier than their sign said? And no one updated their Google info? Do better,...

The store and the staff are great but I'm a bit disappointed at their pricing. Bought a lot of chocolate yesterday and later discovered the price at Costco is significantly less than their store for the same chocolates. Due to their no price-match, no return policy, nothing could be done for my bulk order even though i called back the very next day.
