My recent visit to this McDonald's was nothing short of a disappointment. I went with my sister, hoping for a quick meal, but what we got was an ordeal.
Firstly, there were around 10 workers in the kitchen, with most of them appearing to slack off. I placed my order at the machine near the entrance and then proceeded to the counter to pay. The wait to pay was excruciatingly long - a whopping 45 minutes. During this time, two employees were asked to ring me up. The first one simply opened his phone, started playing a game, and walked off, never to return. The second one was incredibly rude, showing no empathy for the long wait, and soon abandoned us to chat and joke with coworkers.
The icing on the cake was when we waited an additional 30 minutes for our food, even though we could see our order sitting there. My sister finally asked about our food, and the response from the employee was nothing short of rude and condescending. She snapped at us, saying our order wasn't ready and that we needed to have more patience.
To make matters worse, a girl standing behind us, also waiting to pay, just gave up and left after having waited for over an hour.
This experience was a serious letdown. McDonald's should be about quick and convenient service, but this visit was the complete opposite. And the cheese...
Read moreI had a Terrible experience here. I was there around 10:30pm When I get into the restaurant, shift manager "Shakila" was shouting to the staffs front of lots of customers!!! So rude!!! I ordered two angus burger meals, and two mcflurries. Burger(Creamy black pepper angus)was fast, but after I came home, I checked the burger, all the stuff was so less!!! Too small sauce, and crispy onions. When I had same burger in Edmonton(in Ellerslie), it was so nice! That's why I ordered same burger. But it's too cheap burger!!! I never realized McDonalds had different standards each store!!!
And my two McFlurries didn't come to me almost 15min. So I asked staff, when I can have my McFlurries. Then he said 'we don't have shake mix in the machine so we will add more shake mix now.' Seriously!!!! Then why no one informed me before!!! So I decided to cancel my order, they call shift manager "SHAKILA". She already looks angry. Then she hold my receipt, and asked me 'how many McFlurries you ordered?' What the fxxx! I told her 'you hold my receipt! How many McFlurries are there?' Then she canceled my order. She give my money back. And Never said SORRY!!! At least there was cashier behind manager, she kept saying sorry to me.

So we came to west hill location and used app to order to avoid any negative experience that could possibly caused by the staff. We selected to pick up at drive through. It started with the super awkward conversation when I told the staff it was mobile order. And then we continued to drive to the pick up window and we were given a chocolate milk only. We were told to wait in the reservation car parking. Is it really really time consuming to make one kids happy meal, two coffee and one burger? I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WE HAVE TO WAIT. Other customers came after me in the reservation parking already got their food and left. I came out of my car after 15 min patient waiting to find a real person. I found a staff finally and he told me the food was ready and it was on the counter. After waiting again to get the food handed over to me, one of the coffee was missing...I got my missing coffee eventually. The whole experience was just so horrible. I started to have the habit to check my food every time I ordered it. I feel it was the problem from the management team.
