Store #40606, Transaction #04KW75XVPV. I placed an order through the drive thru for 1. Jr. Chicken meal, fries with no salt and a coke to drink with no ice, 2. Jr. Chicken sandwich on the side, and 3. 4-nugget happy meal with apple juice. The total for my order came out to $19.85. Please check the accuracy of the order and the dollar amount charged to me. This was not expected and I paid a lot more than what I should have. I then went inside the restaurant to address the issue and rectify my order total, as well as, request a refund. The Manager at the store was very disrespectful. She did not acknowledge that there was a big mistake made by the drive thru staff member for my order and for the money being charged. I do not see McDonald's as a restaurant that purposefully charges customers extra dollars. However, the Manager was not ready accept that there is an issue. I explained that my order was what I have noted above and not what I was being charged for. The Manager bluntly told me that I do not need to teach her about what to do at the store. I was quite disappointed by this treatment. I already had to go inside the store when I wanted this to be a quick visit for dinner for my family through the drive thru. And to my surprise, the Manager inside the store did not seem interested in rectifying the situation. I kept insisting that I need my refund, and after a few attempts the Manager did provide a refund for the extra fries charged and the bottled water. I have brought this situation to your attention because this store is in the vicinity of our home and we visit it often, However, this visit has spoiled the image of this store for us and now we avoid going to this store and choose a different restaurant brand instead. Thanks for not only remaking my order but not only that gifted me two hot nice apple pies for my woes of being robbed of my delicious drink. Now to the bozo who took my order #1055…I wish everytime you’re just about to fall asleep that you suddenly get the urge to go to the bathroom..I wish that everytime you go to your local costco to shop and just when you’re about to park that your spot gets stolen and takes you an extra 15mins more to find parking..I wish that everytime you’re just about to step out the house and in your driveway you forget something in the house for you to rush back in flip the place upside down only to realize it’s been in the car or your bag..I wish that everytime it rains is the only times you never pack an umbrella…I wish that when you go out for a walk that you trip on an un-even sidewalk and finally I wish that everytime you decide to order, that it always-ALWAYS just has a slight defect on it that ruins the whole meal. If I could give 0 stars I would. They messed my order up for the last time. Won’t ever be returning to this location. I thought maybe the first time was an honest mistake, but after several visits to this location it’s clear they have no idea what they’re doing or care about the satisfaction of their customers.
The last 3 times I’ve been through their drive-thru, they either forget items or my food is burnt. Seriously brutal service at the Country Hills/ Skyview McDonalds.
What’s even more frustrating is all the times they messed up my orders and they didn’t even offer anything extra to accommodate me for taking extra time to go out of my way to come back to fix my order they troubled me with by messing up in the first place. McDonald’s is a multi billion dollar corporation and I can’t even get a complimentary item/ coffee for their screw up and my time wasted. Not impressed.
