This incident happened on August 2, 2024 at around 8:51 a.m. We ordered our food and literally had to go to the front counter at 9:15 a.m. if our order was ready and to our surprise they had not even started prepping the order. The meal had 2 happy meals (which they forgot to put the hash browns in), they didn't know we had also ordered two coffees. They are clearly trying to manipulate their system by showing that the order is complete, so that there ratings don't go down for how fast they are prepping their orders.
Then we asked the staff as to why its taking so long. They were being sassy and said we are understaffed. There were individuals that came before us who got their orders and ours wasn't even prepped yet. Then we asked for a manager and he said she will be a minute.
The manager, Simranpreet, should firstly not be a manager, as she lacks the basic skills of being called a manager and having any form of customer service. She was fine as we spoke to her about what had happened and why there was a delay. But afterwards, she became extremely rude, and said there is nothing I can do and stormed off. Then she went in the back and started speaking in Punjabi and swearing, while we had our 8 year old kid with us.
She then proceeds to tell us to Shut Up, when we tell her to not speak in Punjabi, as we can understand it. I tell her that we will be complaining about this to the District Manager, and all she had to say was that you can complain to whomever you want. Read moreI recently started coming to this McDonald’s to get some work done while enjoying their coffee, and I have to say, it’s been a great experience! I used to go to the nearby Starbucks, but it’s a bit too small to find a good corner to focus. Here, there’s plenty of space, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and the coffee is just as good—perfect for a productive break.
A special shout-out to Haley, who was working during morning. She does an amazing job keeping the place clean and well-maintained while ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. It’s always nice to see employees who take pride in their work, and Haley definitely stands out!
One small suggestion to management—maybe consider reducing the volume of the music just a little. It would make it even easier for those of us trying to get work done while enjoying the great service.

Read moreVery disappointed with this location, I’m injured and i used the drive through just not to have to go into the location, I was told to go to curbside #2 as I needed to wait for my order, I proceeded to the spot to find someone had been parked there for a while so I parked in the next one over. I got my food pretty quickly but I always check my order as they always made mistakes here.
I ordered a plain quarter pounder with bacon on the app, and I got one without bacon and onions with condiments. I had to go back in with my injured leg and had to get it replaced.
The person I was speaking too with very apologetic and asked if I needed help back to my car, but this really should not happen almost everytime I go here, the food quality was cold and stale also.
I highly recommend this location retrains their staff to read orders and make better quality food.
