Wish I could give this place a better rating as most of the staff are nice, but one morning manager has ruined the experience here. I work overnight delivery with my partner and we would come here when it's slow to get food a few times a week. We always order at least one meal worth of food. We've been complimented and thanked by other customers at this specific location for being quiet and respectful when lots of other late night customers are drunk or rowdy and make a mess.
One manager that comes in around 5 or 6 am has always glared at us while we're sitting in the corner. I just assumed she wasn't a morning person, but not anymore. We could always hear her yelling at the employees from across the dining room and giving them a hard time, and the demeanor of all the employees there would change as soon as she got there.
Then tonight we were approached by a different manager explaining that apparently she had made some kind of notice about us staying over a time limit or something. This manager said there was supposed to be a 3 hour time limit after ordering your food (when we were approached about this we'd been there less than 2) and that once we were done we should leave. But she did specifically mention that she had no problem with us and that it was the morning manager causing a fuss about it. Also want to mention there was literally no one else there at the time and we weren't being loud or rude or anything. We had never been approached before about this, otherwise we would have been more mindful of it. We just thanked her and left, but it's still disappointing to hear that the people who run this location don't actually want their customers to feel comfortable...

The golden arches beckoned with the promise of a delightful breakfast adventure. Opting for something special, I decided on a Chicken McGriddle meal and a towering Chicken McMuffin with a double patty.
As I placed my order, the anticipation heightened, and soon, the friendly staff handed me a tray laden with my breakfast feast. The Chicken McGriddle, a symphony of sweet and savory, delighted my taste buds with each bite. The fluffy pancakes cradled a succulent chicken patty, perfectly complemented by the maple-infused goodness.
Next up was the Chicken McMuffin with a double patty, a towering masterpiece that left me in awe. The golden-brown muffin encased not one, but two juicy chicken patties, layered with cheese and a hint of secret sauce. Each bite was a harmony of flavors, creating a taste sensation that surpassed my expectations.
The ambiance buzzed with the joy of morning indulgence as I savored every morsel. The friendly chatter around me and the tantalizing scent of breakfast wafting through the air added to the overall experience.
McDonald's had truly turned a routine breakfast into a culinary adventure. With the golden arches standing tall, I relished my beautiful fast-food experience, savoring the memory of the delightful Chicken McGriddle meal and the towering Chicken McMuffin with a double patty that had left an indelible mark on...
Read moreI grow up and always go to McDonald's for fast food, I never have a very bad experience at McDonald's, and I hardly complain until on that day (January 17, 2021 morning), if I have to get a fast food around that area again, I will never go to that McDonald's anymore, service are super bad at that location, will go to near by tim Horton instead. That day as I order with a two breakfast meal coupon, and I decided to order only 1 Large coffee instead of have two for myself, and the staff at the drive thru said "yep, ok.", and I heard them laughing and not being serious on my order. They almost give me the worry order and the two coffee that I want to combine in to a large cup, the manager told me "you can't do that" in a very rude way. First, I just trying to save a cup and not waste the coffee. Secondly, seems like, your management term treat staff way more nicer then customers. That day, I feel like I am a staff at that McDonald's and got punishment by the manager, and the staff like a customer being so happy. I work as a server before, and I know customers is always first, and no matter how wrong the customer is, you should still talk to them nicely and politely, even if you're asking them to leave the restaurant. To me, the manager on duty that day need more professional training, or shouldn't work at this kind of industry, caz she's not fit as a manager, maybe not even fit to be...
