Since our office Moved to Westbrooke the decline in this store it is shameful. They get orders wrong. Do not listen to special orders and usually the quality is poor. The doors are always broken and the staff lock the doors making it appear that they are closed to avoid certain clients. Then someone will make an attempt to fix things to restore faith. Such as allowing us to call in the day before and making sure there is fresh muffins at 3:50 am in the morning, or allowing us to walk up to the drive thru window to order coffee at 4 am. Some of the staff work very hard but some do not and it's easy to pick out which is which. But the past week I have tried to go thru the drive thru only to see pylons, and you are unable to order. Drive thru is blocked with several cars in the parking lot. The lobby is locked at this time as well. Today I was told everyday at this time of the day I will not be able to order, after pulling into the drive thru that was open. With other cars behind me also wanting to order. Which obviously not true as I have stated that I have been able to previously. If your restaurant needs to close for 1 hours everyday, then perhaps the signs that states 24 hrs a day should read the daily hours instead, or advertise which hour you will be closed or alternate hours. I understand you need to do your computer system, but at the same time, you have customers that are loyal and want to order. Perhaps not doing all the tills at the same time, or hiring security at the times that you require them is appropriate. During your maintenance hour you should have a different system, even "Cash only" Please this is not a once in a while thing. These are regular issues. Please address them. Today I got the wrong order given to me went back to the window complained about it they took it walked around with it for a while and then gave me the exact same bag back with the same sandwich but they had just removed the hash brown that was in there. Then I told them again that it was the wrong order and this is the exact same order I just brought back to them just minus the hash brown. I ordered a bagel belt, but it was obviously not a bagel belt because it was on an English muffin with no lettuce or tomato, and then they tried to convince me that it was a bagel belt and that an English muffin (the bun without the hole in it) was a bagel……….. There’s zero accountability at this McDonald’s. They eventually got my sandwich after about 10 minutes and it was disgusting!! This is not the first time this is happened when I’ve had an issue at this particular McDonald’s. I think there’s a serious issue with the people who work here and they have bad work ethic and are unprofessional and I just wouldn’t trust going to this place. I really do think that they should be shut down or have a complete turnover of all staff and management. People do not have to take and pay for orders that they did not order. Read moreI recently visited McDonald’s, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a clean and well-maintained restaurant, which instantly made a great impression. The tables were spotless, the floor was clean, and even the washroom was in excellent condition—something that isn’t always the case at fast-food places!
We ordered a French Vanilla, fresh fries, and coffee, and everything was just perfect. The French Vanilla was rich, creamy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness and coffee flavor. It was freshly made and tasted even better than expected.
The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted—just the way McDonald’s fries should be! There’s nothing better than getting a fresh batch of fries, and this location definitely got it right.
The coffee was fresh and bold, a great way to complete our meal. It wasn’t overly bitter, and it had that comforting, smooth taste that makes you want to take your time and enjoy every sip.
Beyond the food, the service was quick and friendly. The staff members were polite and efficient, making sure that our order was correct and that we had everything we needed.
