OPA! of Greece McKnight — Restaurant in Calgary

I was thoroughly disappointed and appalled by the service at this location. A staff member named Raphino was extremely rude, dismissive, and aggressive toward customers. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional — speaking to people in a hostile and disrespectful manner that made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.

To make matters worse, he was preparing food without wearing gloves or following basic hygiene practices. Such negligence not only shows a lack of respect for customers but also raises serious health and safety concerns. It was clear that he had no regard for customer satisfaction or workplace standards.

The overall atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming due to his behaviour, which is unacceptable in any food service environment. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism — neither of which was shown here.

I strongly urge OPA! management to investigate this matter immediately and take strict action. Employees representing a respected brand like OPA! of Greece should demonstrate integrity, cleanliness, and respect — none of which were evident...

Well, I was asked for a vaccine card today… This is discrimination. I for one will never go to any restaurant that requires my personal confidential medical records. Opa is one of them. Ive been coming here for three years almost every other day. It will stop from this moment on. Until i see change and respect of my personal information i WILL. Boycott all pleaces that require a vaccine card. My family will hear about it and not shop at these pleaces like opa as well. Keep up to date for what places i call out for using discrimination practices to serve food.
