I was thoroughly disappointed and appalled by the service at this location. A staff member named Raphino was extremely rude, dismissive, and aggressive toward customers. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional — speaking to people in a hostile and disrespectful manner that made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.
To make matters worse, he was preparing food without wearing gloves or following basic hygiene practices. Such negligence not only shows a lack of respect for customers but also raises serious health and safety concerns. It was clear that he had no regard for customer satisfaction or workplace standards.
The overall atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming due to his behaviour, which is unacceptable in any food service environment. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism — neither of which was shown here.
