I have always loved eggs and more but itâs seem the manger is not interested in regular customers I have been a customer to eggs and more for more then a year never had any complain till one day it was busy and I waited for someone to notice me for 15 to 20 mins just someone to say I will be with you shortly they just kept doing what they were and I finally lost my patience and told them this is not how you deal with busy situations you need to talk to customers coming and waiting at doors. And today 6/5/2022 I told the waitress to get me my breakfast and I had a takeout also I told her very clearly that place my takeout order little late so my takeout doesnât sit cold but however she got my takeout ready while I had just started eating my breakfast I told her about what she had done she said Iâm sorry, I didnât know they would make it now Iâm sorry never she said I will remake it which later she says I told you I will remake thatâs a complete lie I had to leave my breakfast so I could get the takeout soon to my kid cause he doesnât eat cold and when obvious I was upset about the whole thing was talking to the waitress about how I felt she just kept saying well I apologize what do you want more while this conversation was going on I kept my voice as low as possible so that no oneâs knows whatâs happening and out of no where this lady I think is a manger said loudly in front of other customers while I was almost out of the door well donât come here again. That was so sad I felt so humiliated & insulted she didnât even care to know what happened she judged me cause what had happened last time which was not my fault at all I donât know what to do Iâm still feeling depressed about the whole thing the way she spoke to me I told her so many times itâs not good to say customers donât come back at least you should have heard me out before making such a remark on me or hurting me so bad but she did not have any remorse I really donât know what should I do I feel so insulted in front of other Iâm not able to get it out of my head can someone please suggest me...
   Read moreMe and my parents have been going here for so many years, My father ordered the steak an eggs. My mother ordered the wrap. And I decided to get the build your own breakfast. We waited and hour for our food and other people that came in after us(more then us may I add) got their food before us. When our food got to our table it was all cold. My father told the server we almost got up and left cause we have never waited so long. (My father has an accent so it seems like he is being a bit rude but he was just not understanding why we received our food last when a table of five got theirs first.) The waitress scoffed at him and told him that his food first took the longest(his steak was cold and basically raw when he asked for medium rare) and then said there was a big table before us.
She then told him that its not her problem and stood there giving more and more attitude. For someone who works in customer service. She had no right to get all annoyed at my father like she did. He wasn't being rude or yelling, he was just simply disappointed it took an hour for a table of three to be served, and to think on his birthday he got such a treatment.
We will not be coming here again. Not if they like to keep staff that think its fine to talk however way they want...
   Read moreWe used to love this placeâit was a great hole in the wall for a pretty great breakfast at a pretty great price. In the last year or so, it has gone totally downhill. Portion sizes are consistently getting smaller (I remember a time when I was getting a meal and a half or two in one portion) for one. For two, the food is getting blander, and the restaurant seems to be finding every which way to cut corners (like the steak and eggsâfirst they went to cheaper cuts and smaller steaks, then just took the whole order off the menu, at least for delivery).
We decided to try it one last time after a while and in our last order alone:
I paid a nearly $2 premium for cheese on my potatoes and they barely put a sprinkle on. Youâd barely notice the cheese on there at all. The vegetables in the skillet were undercooked, or in the case of the spinach, not cooked at all. My fruit cup has fruit that was way overripe and nearly spoiled in it. Want a glass of milk with your breakfast? On skip, thatâll be about the price of a gallon of milk, at $5.55. (Disregard if theyâre actually delivering gallons of milk with your breakfast order.)
The food is otherwise bland, unseasoned, and just not worth the money....
