Paros Real Greek — Restaurant in Calgary

This was our first time ordering from Paros, and we are not happy with it. I saw it on instagram and thought this should be good. We ordered off of doordash at 6:50 pm, and it's 8:15 pm and we haven't received the order yet. We asked for no sauce on the wrap and the dasher told us, they were busy and took them some time to prepare the food, but at the end they put the sauce in, so had to remake it. I am writing this long review to be distracted of how much Im starving right now and gonna wait to post until the food arrives so I can attach a photo...8:20 and still not here...oh btw the distance from my place to the restaurant is 3.4km...and Ive been looking forward to this to end my exhausting week and it had sure failed me... 8:25... the dash people were nice about it but anyway I dont know who's fault this is... 8:30 and he is here...with a WRONG order!!!!! I ordered chicken and they sent Pork... so I called and they recommended that I can come pick the right one up! Thank you, for such a remarkable suggestion! To be fair they offered to give me a wrap for free on another time but wont be the same.... Doordash refunded the portion but nothing to compensate my disappointment...

Paros with its contemporary modern Greek decor is definitely a little hidden gem in Royal Oak. I just wish I can carry this place and take it to a plaza where parking was not the next impossible. Anyway, it was totally worth driving 3 times around to find a parking stall. This place was recommended to me few times by friends but due to it being a bit out of my way, I wish I made it there a while before.

Smiles and welcomes all over the place  as soon as you walk into the door, I love the energy of family owned businesses. I could be wrong but I felt that it was ran by a family that this place meant so much for. Food and presentation was absolutely 💯, the Greek salad reminded me of one I had last summer In 🇬🇷 Greece. The chicken Gyros wrapped in soft and thin sliced chicken and rich and creamy tzatziki  makes the place one of my absolute favorites. The fries is rich with Greek seasoning and rosemary. Order and extra taztizki- I wish I did- and tip this place. You are supporting families with big dreams that works to bring an entire culture one sandwich...

I come here almost every month and it is usually good. However, i am pretty insulted with the service today. The potatoes and all meat were extremely salty and uneatable. We feel sick. We paid $70 via Skip the dishes. Complained at Skip at they didn't give us any option and at most gave us back $9 or do nothing. We are to throw the food in the garbage. I called Paros and was told that there is nothing they can do. They asked me to talk to skip and throw the food. She told me she will speak to the manager and call me and that is what the manager said. I told her how often I come and what am I to do with this food. The answer, nothing. Not their problem. You made the food. What you could have done is: we would bring the food back and you make us new food and end of story. Give us credit for the whole food. I can bring you back the food after my meetings to show you we didn't consume it or are lying. The food has left us disgusted and the service insulted. Will not be...
