Pita Pit & Second Cup — Restaurant in Calgary

Went during the last day of grand opening to the pita pit as we miss the brand from back home. There were two assumed females and one male working. The one girl took our order and was very organized. The other girl was managing the cooking and heating of food. The guy was pacing around clueless. He made multiple pitas that didn't seem to be for anyone. When he confirmed the order the other two had no idea what he was talking about. He was also available to prepare pitas for our family of 3 and decided to aimlessly scroll through a computer and then mix toppings instead of helping. Bravo to the two actually working the pita pit section but shame on this other person who clearly has no idea what is going on. There was also two people to 3 cashiers and no one knew where the menus were. Overall very poorly planned area. If the ladies at pita pit are looking for a different opportunity find me on fb. A small pita is 12 dollars. I suspect its not readily apparent on their menu because this is incredibly small for 12 dollars. Deck of cards for scale.

12 dollars and I gotta find something else to eat with this.

Also if you are behind the counter and see someone waiting for his food - its good practice to make small talk. If you can't do that, silence is fine too. Instead, there were two employees speaking in another language while looking between me and the food. Rude at best.

Won't be going back. Wrap was just ok.

I had such a fantastic experience at this Pita Pit! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and Parth in particular made the visit stand out. He was patient, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it — even offering great suggestions for toppings that turned out delicious. Everything was fresh and flavorful, from the warm pita to the crisp veggies and tasty sauces. The restaurant was also very clean and well-kept, and the service was fast without ever feeling rushed.
