Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Calgary

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!! We ordered their special dinner and movie large pizza in this store, February 9, 2019 at 12:59pm. hawaiian and mushroom/cheese. We was so hungry and excited to go home to eat our pizza but as soon as we open the box the under pizza half of it the cheese stick on the cardboard because they dont put the white thing i think it called the pizza separator?. So we called their hotline and complain about it the guy on the line didn't tell us to bring back the damage pizza so we just took a picture of it just in case we need to show it to them. So we send our cousin instead because he's busy making the bed for our 2 son. When he arrived in their store and approached the lady and tell what happened,but apparently the lady doesn't wanna listen to his explanation and doesn't wanna see even the pic she told him that "you think were just giving away pizza here? I know your type! Like the way you look and the way you dress" OMG! She is so rude our cousin was trying to calm and not to answer her back coz he just wants to call the hotline and complain to them instead. But i can't take it! I wish I was there to answer her back! If I don't have a newborn by my side. I will come in there and shoved the pizza on her face!!!! FYI we are not homeless! We have a decent job and a money to pay for that pizza and we deserve a decent to food to eat.what we want is for you guys to know what happen and make it right coz we pay for that pizza!!!! We ordered Pizza from this location and both me, and my girflriend expirienced one of, if not the worst chest/stomach pains of our lives. The pizza was flavorless and something about it just wasnt good at all. The sauce resembled more of a taste / consistency that you would find in a can of walmart tomato paste / spaghetti sauce. I would not be surprised if that was the case. Aside from that, we also ordered the funnel cake sticks for dessert. Aside from them initially being on the oily side, after a few, we realized a strong spicy flavor to them and a slight fishy odor. Unsure of what we were tasting, we go online to check the menu again and find no mention of them being spicy, or atleast intentionally spicy. However, we also found that they serve jalapeño poppers aswell as deep fried shrimp and that made alot more sense as to why our dessert item had such an interesting aroma and taste. Im guessing there isnt a routine schedule for cleaning the deep friers let alone the oil at this location. And i wouldnt be surprised if they were using a can of some unseasoned grocery store pasta sauce instead of the pizza 73 sauce they're required to use in their franchise agreement. I've never received such bad customer service. That staff that works there is extremely rude, especially this Indian lady that works there. She needs to fix her attitude toward customers or get fired as soon as possible because this happened many times. I ordered a donair pizza and made sure to get extra sauce and the pizza was super dry. My family couldn't even eat it so we called customer service and I asked if we could get another pizza and the agent said the pizza would be ready 10-20 mins so we drove all the way there just for the Indian lady to tell me " your order is cancelled, please leave " those were her exact words. I spoke with the agent again and he told me that they refused to give us another pizza. What kind of customer service is this? I felt very disrespected from the staff. I will never be making another single order from pizza 73. I don't not recommend this location to anyone.
