This was my first visit, and I must say the waitresses were very accommodating. The website said it wasn't sold out for Lobster Fest, so I called to book a reservation which they provided, although back to the website, after attempting to check out with the ticket, it said the sale was over, but didn't explicitly say it was sold out unlike other locations... I called the restaurant back and they said I would be able to buy the ticket at the restaurant no problem. That made me super happy as I was looking forward to trying it.

The meal was great, Lobster seemed just a tad bit over-cooked (a little chewy) but all in all, it was a fun experience and I'd recommend others giving them a try. We already have our Cheese Wheel Pasta Night tickets booked for November as I'm REALLY looking forward to that one. The Salt and Vinegar Potato wedges were the star of the show though, as they were soft like mashed potatoes inside, with just the right amount of seasoning, and a perfect level of slight crispiness on the outside, super addictive.

Now for the one negative of my visit, which is why I've rated it 4 instead of 5 stars... The Mac and Cheese that came with the Lobster Fest was sprinkled with chili flakes. No where in the menu, or advertisement does it mention this, so it wasn't something I even thought about asking if they could leave it out before ordering, due to having a severe reaction to anything hotter than a bell pepper, I physically can't handle anything with capsaicin without severe issues immediately after eating, so besides trying a single piece of macaroni, I don't believe chili flakes should be automatically provided, and instead should be something provided at the table if requested (or listed on the menu, Mac and Cheese with Chili Flakes).

If this kind of thing could be provided at the point of ordering, it would go leaps and bounds further for me, so I honestly can't give an accurate review as I couldn't eat it without risking severe abdominal pain unfortunately. Everything else was good though!

Thanks for the otherwise nice evening! Definitely looking forward to Cheese Wheel Pasta Night, hopefully sans...

So, I'm not one to write reviews but I just ordered takeout and went in to pick up my food and waited for someone to notice me for service but a waitress saw me and walked past me so I went up to the bar to try and talk to the bartender but he was busy talking to other customers sitting at the bar so I went up to the waitress that walked past me and told her I was there for a takeout order and she says yeah just give me a minute and so I waited and the bartender plus another coworker was behind the bar not acknowledging me while I'm waiting for some service and to pay for my food! It wasn't even busy there either! There were other waitresses there too but they didn't ask me if I needed anything, so finally the guy that took my order over the phone saw I was standing there and finally acknowledged me and asked if I needed help and I said I'm here to pick up my takeout order, in which they got my name all wrong so he goes to get my food and my change which took some time cause I paid cash! So, I waited and finally got my change and food from the guy and left! I went to your restaurant cause the food is good but not getting any acknowledgement from your staff is horrible! They didn't even add in the sour cream to our order either that was supposed to be included in the food! The service is terrible!!! Please train your staff to greet and acknowledge people and treat them better! Don't just ignore your customers! Especially people that like and enjoy your food! I will not be back, I'll be driving further and going to the harvest hills location...

**Update: After reaching out to Ryan, my initial review below was confirmed to be a series of unfortunate events/miscommunication. Ryan took accountability and made me feel heard. Updated my review to 4 stars for now as my concerns were addressed professionally. Hoping to find time to give them another shot and go from there.

Husband and I came at 11:05 PM sat down and our drinks got taken by a girl then got told our server isn't her but a person named Riley. Around 20 mins later a different girl (whom I assumed was Riley) took our order. Ordered wings appetizers and 2 steak specials. Wings came almost immediately and was fantastic. I watched Riley do countless laps to tables who all came after us but somehow miss to check on us every single time. The bartender was somehow the one asking if we're doing okay? I expressed my disdain on the 1st girl who sat us down that our server has done laps and has yet given us a single refill. 5 mins to 12 AM the bartender came for a 2nd time and asked if we're doing "okay" still and I finally expressed my great disdain about the service and why is our steak taking so long. He then gave me a surprise that he's our apparent assigned server??? Then later whom I thought was Riley came by to tell us that somehow are steak order got bumped off??? So we sat there essentially for an hr waiting for food that was never going to come. We just decided to ask for the bill and leave at that point. Left unsatisfied and beyond unhappy is a complete...

Absolutely the most overpriced "taco" salad I've ever seen. Its described as a TACO/Nacho salad. What you get is a small checken garden salad with some salsa and sour cream on the side for $17.99 plus tax and delivery. Beside the size is how bad it was prepared. They LITERALLY put the essentially one tortilla chip that makes it a "taco salad" on the Cajun Shrimp salad that was also ordered! See attached photo of my salad after I picked the chips off the other salad. Also attached is the description. Ordered from Skip the Dishes. Doesn't matter, take out is take out. The quality of this food is not recommended and the descriptionis very misleading. I will never recommend Canadian Brewhouse after this. And if the owner doesn't like the review. Contact me and issue us a full refund for both of our salads. Note: Although Restaurant commented that they "wanted to make it better" below. They never ever did after reaching out. So customer service is fraudulent I guess too?

Me and my girlfriend ordered boneless wings and nachos. The wings tasted weird like it was frozen long time my stomach was hurting I had to throw it up at home and also my girlfriend tried the nachos the cheese looks really greasy and the guacamole was old, she got sick at the Canadian brew house three times. I talk to the manager the manager told me everything is up to date, I don’t think it was because why would we get sick if the food was up to date, and also we still had to pay for the food that got us sick. I been to Canadian brew house couple of times and had wings never experienced this before but this is definitely the last time I will be coming back for sure I hope the owner see this and haves a good talk to the manager because he was not helping at all and giving me some attitude when I was telling him that my girlfriend was getting sick and for anyone that’s reading this please take this as a warning and go somewhere else that takes care of their customers!!!
