The manager struggles to handle a simple situation effectively. My friends and I have been regular customers for several months, and we decided to spend an evening having dinner at this restaurant. We had a reservation for five and were told to wait for two hours, which we accepted. When it was our turn, we informed the host/manager that we would be adding one more person, bringing our total to six. He then explained that we would need to wait again because he had only been notified about five, which we could understand. However, as we noticed other groups being seated ahead of us, we began to feel the frustration and it was unfair. It’s important to note that none of us had eaten dinner, and we had been waiting outside in the cold because their waiting area would blast you with intense hot air, almost like a full-on heatwave. When we asked how much longer we would have to wait, he told us it would be another two hours. This issue could have been easily resolved if he had just accommodated one more seat at our table. Read moreWe have been regular customers at this place and usually enjoy coming here. The staff are always kind and hardworking, although lately they seem exhausted — likely due to poor management.
Unfortunately, during our recent visit, we had a very disappointing experience. We waited for over 40 minutes on the waiting list and were told we were first in line. However, the current manager skipped over us and gave seats to people who were not even on the list. When we politely raised this, instead of resolving the situation, she became unprofessional and started yelling at us for no reason. I don't she is mentally stable for this position!
This was quite shocking, especially because the previous manager was always polite, humble, and respectful. If this kind of behavior continues, it will sadly drive away loyal customers like us. The place has so much potential, but good management is key. I truly hope the owners take this feedback seriously, because the staff and the restaurant deserve...
