Adobo Experience Memorial Drive — Restaurant in Calgary

Terrible and worst service ever, we waited for 2 hrs for our food to be serve and they’re asking for any additional order already while we still haven’t receive a single order yet. Then after long waiting rice was not properly cooked hard as uncooked rice and drinks was served wrong. Worst part was we’re already done but we still have one order missing that ordered at the same time so we asked to cancel that order and they said it’s already done so we considered and wait for it instead, but then when it was served the shrimp was not properly cooked “again” and cold that you can even tell that it just came out of the freeezer and forced cook. I do understand that maybe they’re busy during that day but we made a reservation 2 days ahead and could probably say the waiting time for our food to be serve instead of saying it’s almost done. Adobo Experience was really an “EXPERIENCE” for us. And no kidding it was really bad. I’m a proud Filipino and i love Filipino food but don’t get me wrong I’m just telling the truth. This wasn’t the first time it happened to us but 3x and we always give a chance and comeback. But i think for them to improve they need comment like this in case they’re not aware of what’s going on. We have a really bad experience ordering take out in adobo experience since me and my husband always order take out food and this time we order and takes more than 1hour to wait for our order and when it arrives it is really disappointed that our order was not complete only the rice and the cornsilog arrive but the seafood platter dont arrive, When we call them they simply tell us to cancell our order for 1hour waiting and my kids was hungry so instead of cancelling the order we decided to pick up the order by ourselves 😡The purpise we order for delivery is for our convience but the give us a hard time plus our gasoline the time and work and my kids that was hungry already the complementary drinks she gives is not worth it😡 The food was already cold...

We were so hyped when someone from Calgary told that there is a great filipino restaurant in the City, but the hype turned into a huge disappointment as nobody even greeted us when we get in there, we had to look for a table to sit ourselves in and we have to call the waitress ourselves just to inform her that we are ready to order. The food came in after a long hour of wait and the food were just average to the point that the java rice were served cold, the grilled chickens were obviously just reheated as well as the lumpia. Another group arrived half an hour AFTER us but their food were served ahead of us. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to my friends and we are definitely not coming...
