I've lived in this part of the city for years, and this Pizza Hut has really REALLY gone down hill. The past half dozen times (1 year-ish) we've ordered from them they've messed up the order in one way or another.. And this is the real punch line. Their apparent policy, is to charge you anyways for what you ordered. "Oh, so we messed up your pizza, missed a bottle, and brought half of what you ordered? Who cares, pay the full price."
My most recent order (today), a large stuffed crust half half pizza, two drinks and breadsticks. They decided that my order actually is, a medium regular crust half half, and the rest of my order. The worst part is that they put the medium pizza in a large box, and spread the pieces apart out to have the appearance of a "larger" pizza, LIKE I WASNT GOING TO NOTICE? So now rather than getting my order, I have a pizza that some guy put his hands all over AFTER cooking (usually pizzas go to a cutting station then right into a box with no hands on), that is less than enough to feed the people I'm feeding with it, and the incorrect order; which they didn't bother to even change the price of so I paid $9.00 more for Pizza Hut's convenience of not putting another pizza in the oven and giving me what I ordered. Just classy.
The bonus star is because their delivery person was really nice. I just wish I had checked the pizza before paying. But that's okay. Next time; instead of needing to check my pizza, I'll just order somewhere else.
So.. Buyers beware. If this is your local pizza hut, you're SOL for pizza hut delivery. Unless you want to check your pizza and send it back after waiting 30 mins for delivery, and judging by the condition.. I wouldn't be comfortable accepting any food from these people after...

After an hour of it not showing up I called them and was on hold for 20 minutes. Taking me away from my guests, and ability to enjoy my sons birthday. They told me they had an inspection that day and we’re behind on orders. I asked how much longer it would be and they said 40 minutes. They were rude, and seemed annoyed with the conversation I was having with them. At that point I had to cancel and find other arrangements for all my guests. A few days later I noticed they charged my credit card. I called their head office who said they would have it refunded. I then got a call from the store manager who agreed to compensate me for $50. In my opinion this was the very least they could do for the time they took away from me, the scramble to find other food for all the children at my sons party, and charging my credit card for pizza we never received. I went to the store to use the credit at which point the store manager told me they don’t give credit if they give a refund. I repeated the exact conversation I had with him earlier that week and said I would be happy to contact the head office again at which point he said very smug, “okay”. The customer service here is awful. On what should be an apology I was treated rudely and like a liar. Not to mention with the original order they never called to explain they were late, wasted my time on hold and were rude to deal with and then charged me for it when I never received my order. Our pizzas were terrible and the store manager "Shukriya" which I'm pretty sure when I asked her to spell her name for us, gave us a fake name of "Sabir Akbar". Whatever her name was, she was very rude, wouldn't listen and kept cutting us off. She refused to refund us and said the best she could do was put a $10 credit on our account or make us two new pizzas. Well that wouldn't cut it for us. We didn't want to drive out again in the terrible roads and wait for more pizza when we weren't even hungry anymore. Furthermore, we didn't want a $10 credit because we plan to never use pizza hut ever again, and also we spent more than a measly $10. It seems as though pizza hut in general has gone downhill. We did try to contact the customer call center, and they were no better. I just can't believe how rude the store manager Shukriya was. That made our experience even worse. They 100% don't care about their loyal customers. We will definitely be speaking to head office about this.
