I went on recommendation of one of the other Avenida Fresh market food stall owners. I was already getting an entre from said establishment, so I decided to get a small appetizer as my litmus test. I was not disappointed.
The service was friendly and exuberant, they are in the opposite corner from where I usually come in, I am so glad the proprietor of Expat Asia recommended it. As they had fresh frozen horseradish pieces I needed, to make a Levitating Maror for my Passover Seder upcoming, I bought it.
After returning home, I grated up the horseradish, added ACV, Sour Cream, pink salt & pepper...and after tasting it...my eyes & nose were watering, streaming & stinging!
I then levitated to Jupiter and stopped off for a rather large glass of wine on Mars!
Needless to say, this Maror will be a show stopper with the Loaded Charoset!!!
