My fellah and I came in for dinner, and were greeted by Jordan, who seated us, promptly took our drink order, and entertained my fella's analysis about the difference of volume between bottled beers vs cans. I had the liver and onions and was pleased to find it tender, with crispy bacon, sautéed broccoli and carrots. My fellah ordered the Old fashioned maple bacon and cheddar burger, and Jordan was accommodating of his request for seasoned salt for his fries. We ordered the featured dessert, a massive strawberry tart (5"), made with fresh strawberries, served with ice cream. Jordan was polite and friendly, and our experience was wonderful. Came for dinner last night to celebrate our grandchildren’s 6th birthday and there was 9 of us. We found the waitress very unfriendly and she could not be bothered, everything was too much trouble for her and we were the only people in the place. She never said one word to the kids like I said we were celebrating a 6th birthday. Wish I could give her zero stars but it won’t let me. Beef dip was flavourless and barely warm I had the ginger bowl basically a bowl of rice with a chopped up chicken finger thrown in the middle and a bit of sauce. I think it’s safe to say we won’t be going back. It’s such a shame because a lovely restaurant inside but if there is no one in on a Friday evening at 6.30 what does...

Fries were okay,

chicken tenders had a smell to them and were under cooked didn’t eat them was scared something was wrong with the food. Asked to redo the meal, she brings me back my fries and redoes the chicken that I had bit into.

Food safety protocols not followed, she put the food back in the fryer and then brought it back out to me

My buddy got chicken wings they were under cooked same thing was done with his food.

The Asian waiter was horrible and didn’t understand how things work.

NO TIP WAS GIVEN - I HAD TO PAY FOR A MEAL I DIDNT EVEN EAT.
