Update*: The wonderful team lead at this location actually took the time to address my concerns with me personally and discuss the issues I had experienced!

The staff here really are wonderful, and I was very appreciative of her taking the time to talk it through. It's always really nice when businesses take allergies seriously. Thanks to them :)

I live near this location and visit often! The staff who work there are lovely but almost always understaffed. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to get a coffee to go.

This is also the third time I have ordered an alternative milk option and received dairy milk instead, even after requesting non-dairy three times and confirming that order with the barista. It is an allergy for me, so I get quite sick after if I don't notice them make it with regular milk.

Overall I think they just need more staff so they don't have to rush as much! It always seems like the employees are quite...

I give a 5 for the selection of gluten free baking. Very impressed with that. I give a 3star for the two herbal tea selection of mint or camomile (averaging to a 4). Granted, this is coffee establishment but mint is good for after a big meal and camomile is something your grandmother gives you to help you go to sleep. I was doing neither and was a bit envious of the caffeinated chai latte that my friend was enjoying. Perhaps add a herbal Rooibos latte to your beverage menu (which also reminds me of the frustration I had finding a beverage menu on your website- never found one even though my friend and I looked for a solid 5 minutes each) for the tea drinkers that may want to enjoy a strong tea while their friends are enjoying their coffee. Thank you to the server behind the counter. He was very efficient and did a good job. May go back for the gluten...

This is my favourite coffee shop in the city. However, it has come to my attention that Rosso corporate is about to roll out a bunch of misguided initiatives that will likely strip a good portion of the soul out of the coffee shop’s culture and make it difficult to differentiate from a Starbucks. Corporate needs to understand that the culture of the coffee shop isn’t the branding or even the roasts. It’s the baristas. The baristas are the soul of your shop. Putting them in uniforms and curating their playlists is not only likely to cause you to lose the best of them, but it’ll also drain some of the unique characteristics that differentiate your shops from each other. I really love this place (I have almost 34k Rosso points 😂). Don’t do something that displays a commitment to corporate mediocrity over...

First of all, this place gets 5 stars for everything. That's not something I do regularly. Lol. Okay, now let's go. Rosso Coffee on Center Street in Calgary is a gem. The staff exude professionalism and kindness, making each customer feel genuinely welcomed. They literally know some regulars, and I have not seen or heard one complaint as of yet. Nestled in the bustling heart of Center Street, the café boasts a warm, inviting ambiance perfect for relaxation. Their exceptional service includes great coffee and sandwiches. Occasional giveaways may happen if they delay you, but even at that, they are so polite. Rosso Coffee truly values its patrons, creating a delightful and memorable coffee experience every visit. Highly recommended for both coffee aficionados and casual visitors alike.

This is the second time I got delivery from them. Although the coffee is good here, the stand-out for me is all the breakfast sandwiches and similar items. First time I tried either the Verona wrap or the Roma wrap. Just can't remember which one but it was super delicious. The next time was this beauty, the Breakfast sandwich. The biscuit tasted like good home-made biscuits and everything was spectacular about it. I do need to note, although I have a good sweet tooth, don't recommend their cookies to a cookie connoisseur. The best cookies are the ones that are soft in the middle with a crispy, yet flakey texture, this cookie was not. -1 star for that but, other than that surprisingly good place for a different take on brekkies, if youre close to a Rosso.

Met a friend at this location of Rosso. Service was good and it was YYC Hot Chocolate Fest so I got the Cookies & Cream Hot Chocolate which was tasty. My friend gave up the seat (rail seating) that I originally chose that would have gave us some privacy to freely chat and catchup to two mothers with a bunch of little ones in tow so they could sit together. As a result, we sat at the communal table. Two students were studying there and unfortunately as a result it was not very comfortable as they probably wanted quiet and well we were there to catch up. Kinda ruined my time there. I would go back but only if seating worked out.
