Update*: The wonderful team lead at this location actually took the time to address my concerns with me personally and discuss the issues I had experienced!
The staff here really are wonderful, and I was very appreciative of her taking the time to talk it through. It's always really nice when businesses take allergies seriously. Thanks to them :)
I live near this location and visit often! The staff who work there are lovely but almost always understaffed. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to get a coffee to go.
This is also the third time I have ordered an alternative milk option and received dairy milk instead, even after requesting non-dairy three times and confirming that order with the barista. It is an allergy for me, so I get quite sick after if I don't notice them make it with regular milk.

Read moreI give a 5 for the selection of gluten free baking. Very impressed with that. I give a 3star for the two herbal tea selection of mint or camomile (averaging to a 4). Granted, this is coffee establishment but mint is good for after a big meal and camomile is something your grandmother gives you to help you go to sleep. Perhaps add a herbal Rooibos latte to your beverage menu (which also reminds me of the frustration I had finding a beverage menu on your website- never found one even though my friend and I looked for a solid 5 minutes each) for the tea drinkers that may want to enjoy a strong tea while their friends are enjoying their coffee. Thank you to the server behind the counter. He was very efficient and did a good job. May go back for the gluten...

Putting them in uniforms and curating their playlists is not only likely to cause you to lose the best of them, but it’ll also drain some of the unique characteristics that differentiate your shops from each other. I really love this place (I have almost 34k Rosso points 😂). Don’t do something that displays a commitment to corporate mediocrity over...
