Drinks weren’t good — pearls were chewy in a weird way and the flavor was just off. But that’s not even the worst part.
The owner apparently can’t handle any negative feedback. Instead of taking criticism and trying to improve, they immediately jump to “we have no record of your visit” and threaten to report your review to Google — like they own Google or something.
It’s a bit ridiculous when every bad review gets the same copy-paste response claiming there’s no record of your order. Do they expect every customer to keep a receipt just to prove they had a bad experience?
Instead of focusing on defending your ego, maybe focus on making better drinks and improving...

Then they ran out of 1 of the toppings we ordered and the staff didn’t even let us know or ask us to get different toppings instead when we were there waiting for the drinks. We got to our car and realized it was missing 1 of the toppings and came back in to ask her why it was missing and she only offered 10% off coupons and we didn’t take it because we wont be coming back. We wont recommend this place or come back in the future since such a bad experience for the first visit. Check your cameras then you will see, instead of only listening to the story...
