Came back tonight to give it another shot. They had limited stock on everything which I get given that it’s the end of the night, but I asked for a plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese. Idk if there’s a language barrier but instead of toasting it and putting strawberry cream cheese on it, she just gave me a regular bagel, not toasted, with packs of strawberry jam. I didn’t realize till I had walked back home because I shouldn’t have to worry about staff screwing up my order this much. Worst location.
——
I had been coming to this location for a while and never had an experience worth a bad review till today. Some questionable, but none out right rude. The 2 stars is because not all the staff are rude.
I had asked for a sausage wrap as a meal and asked if it came with a hash brown separately because I didn’t know. The male at the counter said yes so I paid then waited.
I received my tea and wrap but no hash brown so I simply asked the man who served me if it was coming. He said it’s in the wrap. I told him that I had asked for sit separately and not in the wrap. He said he’d sell the hash brown to me now.
I said to not worry about the hash brown and just remake the wrap because I would like to get what I thought I paid for. I even apologized for HIS inconvenience.
He stared at me for a couple seconds with a dirty look on his face, and I had to ask again. He sighed then grabbed it from the counter and talked to the woman making my wrap who I appreciated did it without the huffing and side eye.
When he came back near the counter I did tell him he didn’t have to be rude about it. He just said “okay” then kept going about his business. No sorry, or anything.
I work 2 separate jobs that both have serving, customer service and hospitality aspects and the first thing you learn is to never treat a customer like that. To at least apologize then move on.
I get its an early shift but he chose to be there. Not a great start to my day when I’m being treated like an inconvenience as a CUSTOMER.
Can I ask for someone else to serve me in the future? Because now I can’t trust that man to input my order correctly, or not get frustrated with me when it’s not what I asked for.
Such a small issue that didn’t need this big of a review if he just simply apologized for a simple mistake. But instead he kicked off my morning with a snotty...
Read moreI recently had two disappointing experiences at this Tim Hortons location that have significantly affected my view of their service. The first incident happened a week before last Saturday. I ordered a coffee through the drive-thru on my way to work, specifically requesting sugar on the side. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and the sugar was added directly into the coffee. It appeared that the staff, who often seem more focused on socializing than working, did not pay attention to my order.
The second incident occurred yesterday, November 19th between 8:45am and 8:50am. In an attempt to perform a kind gesture, I asked to pay for the order of the person behind me in the drive-thru. The staff member, an East Indian gentleman, abruptly refused, citing service time constraints, and gave me a disapproving look. This response was not only unhelpful but also came across as disrespectful, especially since the drive-thru was not busy at the time.
Based on these experiences, I am compelled to say that this is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I have visited. The lack of attention to customer requests and the apparent indifference to providing good service have led me to decide not to patronize this location again. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons to others and would advise finding a location where customer service and respect are prioritized.
Hello Owner, It’s truthfully pathetic to see your cut and paste responses to every single review. This clearly shows how much you care about your customers and value their feedback....
Read moreI have a few reasonable pet peeves. Firstly, the flat bread pizzas tend to rarely be properly cut. I like to believe that using a pizza cutter with slightly more force isn’t that difficult. Secondly, and most importantly. When donuts are purchased. Putting them inside a small brown little paper bag. When the donut icing smears, melts, rubs off onto the paper bag. You get disgusting garbage crap treats. I do not understand how hard it would be to simply use wax paper squares. Or not to put the donuts face to back. Because everyone loves their donut icing being on the adjacent donuts rear bottom. A lot of locations do this. And I strongly believe needs to be addressed. As it makes me want to stop being a customer. Because I find it so disrespectful. And shows me the kind of forethought that’s put into their customers enjoyment and satisfaction. It makes me feel taken advantaged of. Do you agree? Has this happened to you? In the photos that was a Canadian Maple donut. That’s now some gross 🤮 plan sticky mess. And then four Canadian maples and Boston creams all stuck together. Presentation is extremely important in the service industry. I’m tired of letting this go. Tim Hortons needs to convince me why I should settle for this kind of low caliber of service. This issue happens on the regular. So it’s not like it’s an isolated incident. The entire franchise needs to address...
