The produce here is freshly prepared daily, ensuring consistently high-quality meals. However, I’m disappointed that the protein options for vegan Subway sandwiches were no longer available. I hope these options return in the future.

CLEANLINESS & MAINTENANCE

This location is always clean and well-kept. The floors are spotless, and the bathrooms are regularly maintained, contributing to a comfortable dining environment.

STAFF & SERVICE

The staff are friendly, hard working, helpful, and go out of their way to accommodate customers. Glenna, the manager, keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

PARKING

Parking is usually easy, but during peak hours it can be a challenge. It’s best to avoid parking near the Starbucks side when it is busy due to car line ups.

There was an incident in the evening of January 17th, 2018. The two employees, female and male, were extremely rude with a very stiff attitude. Not only made me and my girlfriend repeat what we wanted several times, but we were also forced to ask a couple of times to replenish the sandwich with the ingredients we wanted -- the vegetables we got were so little, then when asked to put more, they put an excessive amount of it with a very passive aggressive face. And finally, whenever we asked for a veggie, or sauce, they replied with: "Is that all?" multiple times in a fast manner. I can't say enough good things about this Subway restaurant in my neighborhood! The service is always top-notch, and the staff members, especially Manpreet, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Manpreet and the other staff members always go above and beyond to ensure every visit is enjoyable.
