The most unprofessional establishment I have ever had a beauty service performed in. Do not waste your time here. As I was getting my lashes done all I could hear was the manager complaining about people not showing up for their appointments, staff members not showing up for work and how she wanted to "slap insert name in the face". When the staff member didn't show and there was someone waiting to get her lashes done the manager walked away and let the receptionist deal with trying to find her another appointment without apologizing. In the end they couldn't find this young girl an appointment and sent her on her way then the girl who was out of luck of getting an appointment and had a vacation to leave for the next day had her mother call back and when the mother asked to speak to a manager the receptionist said she was busy when in fact she wasn't. After the receptionist hung up she told the manager this person wants to speak to her and the manager said "there's no manager in today!" while laughing. When she called the client back she walked around with the phone throughout the lash bar while people are getting their eyelashes done asking this lady what she can do to rectify the situation. I thought to myself okay this is rather unprofessional through the entire service but I will be alright as long as my eyelashes are done well. After paying $150 plus tax for the service I got out to my car to look at my eyelashes and a large portion of them don't even have lash extensions applied and I have blond hair so it is super noticeable. When I called to speak to a manager about my situation they said she would call later and told me I could come back in to have them fixed. Why would I go back to a place that didn't do them well in the first place? I thankfully got an appointment at OutLash tomorrow to have this set removed and a full set applied there. Wish I would have never bothered with this place! They want me to send a picture of my lashes before they will consider offering a refund for the service or getting back to me as well I assume. Not sure who the owner of this establishment is but I hope they read this review. This is the first google review I have ever made and I hope that goes to show you how horrible of an experience I had. If I do not get a refund for this service I will be paying close to $400 in two days for lashes. Thanks...

Tried this location for the first time and won’t be returning. Got a whole list of services (lash lift, lash tint, threading, brow lamination, and brow tint). I originally booked in with Natalia for her good reviews. I ended up having to reschedule due to illness. When I called to rebook, Kristen was the only one available. I figured I would go with her, since I assumed all the technicians should have a professional standard across the board. Sadly, my first impression and throughout the 2 hour appointment, she was not very welcoming or professional. At one point, she got perm solution in my eye. When I told her, she said she couldn’t see anything wrong and if it’s not unbearable then I can wait it out. I didn’t realize initially, but she applied the tape slightly touching my one eye, which was probably the reason the solution got into it. Once the lash lift and tint was done, I opened my eyes and they were burning and watering for a few minutes. She also pinched my skin during the eyebrow threading which caused a painful raised bump for days afterward. Overall, the job felt rushed. The lash lift was very uneven—it looked like she didn’t glue the lashes to the rod properly causing my left eye to be more lifted than the right and my lashes were all pointing in different directions. The brow lamination was good, but that’s pretty straight forward. The brow tint was applied unevenly. I contacted the salon the next day to have the lashes fixed—the brows weren’t the best but it wasn’t a huge concern. I initially talked with the manager who was very accommodating. For some reason, Kristen called me directly to say she didn’t see anything wrong with the work and ended up telling me I just need to wash them. They also said they can’t fix them due to fear of overprocessing, which is fair, but I know other salons offer fixes when the lift isn’t done correctly/unevenly. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because I had to come back a couple days later anyway because the debit machine accidentally took a double tip (this was definitely my fault), and they were able to refund me part of it. The staff when I returned were all very friendly.

Update: My lashes were so damaged by the process that I couldn’t get my lashes lifted for 3.5 months. Different lash technicians who have seen my lashes, said they were completely over processed and damaged. I changed...

In August of 2019, I was very hesitant to get my lashes done because I was scared. I went into lola and they were very helpful and supportive in assuring and helping me pick out which set to get. I initially started off with a half set, I am not exactly sure who did them at first but they boosted my confidence 100x. I continued to go to Lola anytime I needed a fill, and eventually I couldn't wait to go back to Lola so that I could see my amazing lash tech Erin. Erin is hands down the best lash tech I have ever had, she is the sweetest, and is so easy to talk too. I remember seeing a post on the Lola instagram saying that your lash tech is like your therapist and that couldn't be further from the truth. I love love love getting my lashes done by Erin, and she does such an amazing job every-time. I also really like the environment in Lola I feel like I am surrounded by such amazing people who love making people feel like the best versions of themselves, and thats how I feel every-time I walk out of Lola. As time has progressed, I now get hybrid-volume sets and I am in love with the work that they do every-time I go there. Also, Chloe at the front desk is also so sweet and so helpful if you need to reschedule or are running behind.
