I had a fantastic experience at this Subway location, and I have to give full credit to Onkar, the manager. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in.
She took the time to guide me through my order, made great suggestions, and ensured everything was just right. Even though it was busy, she stayed calm, friendly, and made every customer feel important, something you don’t often see these days.

Read moreI’ve been ordering from subway for a long time and spent $400 on subway this year so far. I’ve eaten at this location quite a few times before. I accidentally ordered from this location today instead of one closer to me as I was on the other side of the city, and when I called and asked if there was any possibility of cancelling it, as it was a 40 minute drive away, I was told it couldn’t be cancelled. I asked if I could get a refund and they told me since they already made my sandwich they couldn’t. I was not willing or able to drive 40 minutes so I wasted money and received nothing. Read moreA man named "Deep" was kind enough to let me leave with my sandwich because I left my wallet at work 10 minutes away. When leaving I asked him "are you sure you trust me enough to leave and come back?" And he had no problem. Upon arriving 15 minutes or so later I paid for my food and he told me I didn't have to come back right away I could have eaten first but I wanted to purchase a drink and he understood. After paying he then gave me 2 free cookies and I was honestly blown away by the kindness and trustworthiness he showed today and was probably my best subway experience in all the years I have lived.
