The worst Mucho location I have ever been to, and Mucho is one of my favorite chains that I go to all the time. I have been here a few times because it is close to work, and I will never go in again or recommend it as an option. It has never been a pleasant experience and we even joke in our office now about going to get hated for lunch. The staff have attitude, don't listen and don't care. They glare at you when you ask for normal things that go with your order and they give you smaller portions of everything.
Today, I asked for extra veggies and she gave me half of what I usually get from the Deerfoot meadows location, then for some reason she glared at me from that point on and even tried to give me half the chicken too because it was what was left in her tin and getting a new one was a chore. She then ignored when I asked for pico and started to get very sloppy with the rest of my burrito order like some sort of protest for expecting what I pay for. I did nothing wrong as a customer but felt attacked for simply ordering lunch. I'm literally afraid to take my eyes off the food too, the staff is so angry I'm afraid they will do something bad to it, and I don't need to support a business like this. There are other options available. No customers deserve this for the price you ask for. I gave you a few chances and there is no sign of improvement. A registries office is more enjoyable than this place. Horrible job from a...
Read moreIf Dominic Toretto taught us one thing it's that family is all you need. But Mr. Toretto was likely too busy driving to and from big heists or explosions to be able to enjoy the clean, inviting, and professional atmosphere of this Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill. Speaking of family, though, the couple that run this restaurant are wonderful. My brother absolutely loves it here and he says they are #1 in all the restaurants he has visited. Including the one that he used to work at! I trust his opinion, unlike Dominic Toretto, who is a fictional character in a series of absolutely trash movies. Eat here and have a great time with clean tables, friendly smiles and white rice. I don't take pictures of my food because I am a normal person, but I have included some other pictures of mine that will hopefully assist this place in getting the recognition and business it deserves. The Fast Food Wars from "The Demolition Man" are likely to occur if we carry on the way we're going and I hope these folks and their restaurant make it. Happy dining! And just remember, it don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile....
