The staff here were extremely rude. My child was being a handful as I approached the counter, I looked at the clerk and smiled, she gave me an exhausted and annoyed eyeroll. I stayed cheery and ordered, she sounded super fed up with her day. I presented the Tim's app code to scan, as that's how I normally pay, she snapped at me and said we don't scan the app at this location. I paid via debit and said thank you. She just gave me another eyeroll and went to make the coffee. When she handed me the coffee I said thank you, and got another eyeroll. I was the only customer at this moment. If she had a bad customer sometime previous I get it. But my goodness girl a smile can go so much further then eyerolls and a snotty attitude. If you don't like children. Maybe apply at another location.

Read moreIt’s so sad how Tim Horton’s quality has gone down hill. This location only sells drinks and often times the quality is not great. They also only give you 1 tea bag for a large tea when it should be 2. It’s a Tim Hortons standard to time all the pots by writing the time it was brewed on the pot, they don’t practice that here.I guess this location doesn’t get inspections from the corporate office for...

I asked if they had sparkling water and was told no. When I asked the employee to put in a feedback form to request sparkling water, he remembered cheerfully the days when Tim Hortons carried Perrier; I said I would buy bottled Perrier from Tim Hortons if they carried such a great product.
I like sparkling water more than any drink, so hope to see them carry...
