Monogram Coffee serves some of the best coffee in the city - consistently rich, smooth, and expertly crafted. Their food is also quite good when it’s available, and the space itself has a welcoming, modern vibe.
That said, the service experience can be frustrating. On several visits, I’ve noticed one barista working non-stop to make drinks while one or two others are preoccupied with tasks like restocking the pastry case or organizing supplies - despite a growing line of customers waiting to place orders. It’s especially noticeable when great team members like the young woman with glasses or the European barista with tattoos are working - they clearly understand the need to prioritize customers over back-end tasks.
Another recurring issue is the lack of consistency with their food items. More often than not, they’re out of key ingredients for their toasts or sandwiches, which is disappointing when you’ve made a trip expecting a full menu.

Read moreI went 3 mornings in a row and each day was a bit different. Day one delicious cap and chia pudding, great service one fellow working and it was quiet &relaxing. Day 2 4 staff and amazing food displayed and ready and that cold pressed juice Wow again my little cappuccino followed by drip coffee- staff were awesome and on top of everything . They had to be… so busy! I am lucky I got a table. Lots of nooks and crannies for seating and groceries right next door . so easy with the parking garage free- and it was raining crazy hard. Day 3 - two staff hardly any food displayed and um Idk my breakfast sandwich cold and messy and the toast is way better cappuccino is good i would not say a friendly atmosphere today but hey the other 2 days were great. service industry is hard but this is a pricey place and when I am paying that and a fat tip, I prefer friendly and helpful. Either way, a million times better then Starbucks but lol...
Read moreOnline order for 2 warmth Blend subscription (I ordered a few bags first to figure out what I like and don't), they send another type and not what I selected for a subscription (warmth Blend as stated on the bag is what I ordered they sent Daterra Pearl), then tell me its part of a blend of coffees they offer (but not what I selected) after not responding for several days, again not what I ordered. No returns no correction to my subscription, no way to cancel it on the site, only pause, calling Visa for a new Card next, terrible Service I Asked the support email to cancel my account too, some reason I doubt they will. Looking elsewhere for my coffee needs unfortunately as I really like the one type (Warmth Blend) but will not stand for being ripped off sending coffees I will not drink in place of...
